“simple evaluation with a printing issue”
Pros
Evaluating candidates is really simple here. Best of all when I look someone up, the job they applied for is right next to their name. Makes everything crystal clear.
Cons
It's annoying that I have to print attached documents separately. It would be much better if when I chose to view and print everything, the attachments were included automatically.

Pros
Honestly setting up documents was way easier than I thought it would be. Adding my signature or a date is a total no-brainer.
Cons
My biggest frustration is that there's no quick way to toggle between the recruiting and hiring sides. I either have to have two windows open or I'm constantly clicking back and forth. A simple hotkey or a sticky button would make switching so much smoother.

Pros
The walkthrough held my hand just enough without being annoying. We've had a great experience so far. Definitely worth the money for everything you get.
Cons
To be honest most of the job boards don't deliver great candidates. I only really get quality people from a couple of them.

“Love the convenience, hate the back button”
Pros
I like that everything is handled online. I can even manage stuff right from my phone which is very convenient.
Cons
It's so annoying when I'm reviewing an applicant and I accidentally hit the back button. It throws me all the way back to the beginning of the list. This is really frustrating when you're trying to get through a long list of candidates.

Pros
I can see everything in one place. Also posting jobs to a bunch of different sites with one click and no extra fees? Yes, please.
Cons
The interface isn't simple and I wish making updates was easier. Whenever I copy and paste a job description, the formatting gets all messed up and I have to fix it manually. Also figuring out how to update job statuses is more confusing than it should be.

Cons

Pros
The interface just makes sense. I didn't need a manual to figure it out. You get a lot of bang for your buck and all the features I actually need are right there.
Cons
Not having an app for my phone is a big downside. I'm often on the go and need to check things quickly which the mobile browser doesn't make easy.

Pros
My team learned this in... like a day. The interface is that simple. And the few times we got stuck... Support was super fast and actually helpful.
Cons
I wish there were better ways to search and organize applicants. Our team really needs timestamps or some kind of indicator to see who last talked to an applicant. Maybe even folders for each agent would help. The filters could be better too like being able to sort by region or time zone to help us decide who to call first.

Pros
My staff can update their own info which saves me time but I still have the final say on what they can access. Moving people through different stages is simple and there's a double-check step that has saved us from a few oops moments. The custom forms are awesome and we even started digitizing old paperwork we never thought we could!
Cons
The training materials are lacking. There are no tutorial videos to help my staff check their profiles which is tough for team members with language barriers who need visual guides. The language support is limited so I'd love to translate task instructions into spanish or Mongolian for our diverse team. Also finding specific info in employee files is a pain because I can't easily search for things like "uniform size" or bulk download questionnaire data. If these features are there, they're definitely not easy to find.

Pros
Getting every application in my email is a game changer. So simple to stay on top of it. I was drowning in paper before this. Feels like I'm saving so much time and a few trees! I liked it so much I convinced my old job to get it too.
Cons
Real downside for me is the search. You have to spell candidate names perfectly or you won't find their application. I've missed applications because of unique spellings. It would be a huge help if we could just search by phone number instead.

Pros
It automatically sorts candidates into stages which is a lifesaver for knowing who's where. It's perfect for keeping your "maybe" candidates warm until you make a decision. My favorite hack? I can reject someone but set the email to send later. I get it off my plate but don't look like a robot sending bad news at 9 PM. Also when my whole team is reviewing people, the feedback tool keeps us all on the same page.
Cons
Navigation could be smoother. I'd prefer pop-ups instead of getting sent back to the candidate list every time. It would also be nice if it automatically opened candidates in new tabs so I could compare them side-by-side more easily. I can work around this with my browser so it's not a huge deal but it would be a nice improvement.

Pros
It's so easy to monitor applicants through the system. Sending new hire paperwork straight to candidates through the app is really helpful.
Cons
status workflow is confusing. I have to switch someone to "hired" just to send paperwork and then I have to go back and change it to "conditional job offer" so it links properly with Clear Care. It's an unnecessary step that just slows me down.

Pros
Reports are great and managing applicants is really smooth. We can tweak things to fit how we work. But the best part is the support. If I'm ever confused, someone guides me through it. It feels like a full solution, not just software.
Cons
It lets you create duplicate profiles for the same person which gets confusing when someone applies more than once. I wish it would automatically merge profiles based on their personal details instead of making a new one each time.

I find it really easy to move candidates between different stages. The interface just makes sense and it gives me great tools to stay organized. Managing both recruiting and onboarding is pretty simple.
Cons

Love how handy this tool is. I can track all our applicants and have every onboarding tool I need in one spot. Being able to customize our own email templates and questionnaires makes everything run so much smoother.
Cons
There are some weird bugs with the automated emails when I set up stages for applicants. Also I have to manually go into every single applicant's profile to adjust dates after I move them which is annoying when you're trying to keep accurate records.
