Pros
The accessibility of applicantstack was a total game-changer for us. It handles everything from applicant tracking to onboarding and the whole system is incredibly user-friendly and efficient.
Cons
When posting a job on the boards, the budget displayed could be higher or lower than what the job board itself shows. For example if you set the budget to $1000, it can be confusing to see how far that budget really goes.

Nothing at all. as I have not received any helpful support from the service.
Cons
everything about it has been frustrating. I have received no help at all. I cannot log in and no one has answered my emails or returned my calls. Plus I have been trying to cancel for months but no one will assist me with that either. so I am extremely dissatisfied.

It is our one-stop-shop for finding and recruiting potential candidates. It's our main hub for everything hiring.
Cons
The interface isn't as user-friendly as I'd hoped. It takes way too many clicks just to update someone's application. Plus there are annoying glitches like getting reminders for tasks I've already finished

“Fantastic tracking and integration”
Pros
The tracking feature for applicants and interviews is fantastic. Setting reminders and seeing exactly where every candidate is in the process is so easy. It integrated with our other systems way easier than I expected. I can handle way more applicants in less time now and the activity reminders make multitasking very simple.
Cons
Don't have many issues with this platform. It would be nice if events were automatically sorted from earliest to latest but that's just a quick mouse click if you remember to do it. It's pretty minor overall.

This tool does everything I need. The scoring systems are awesome for organizing and sorting info fast. And their customer support is the absolute best and I use this daily and it was surprisingly easy to learn and fit into our system.

What I like is that I can post a job to our company site and a bunch of other boards all at once. The onboarding tools are great and I love that I can customize the application questions for different roles. Pulling data with the reports is super easy too.
Cons
The customer service could be better. There's no phone line for urgent questions that need immediate answers.

Pros
It helped us get everything into one recruiting platform. It made hiring so much easier from interviews to tracking candidates and making sure everyone uses the same feedback forms. We were up and running in a few weeks and the customization makes it really user-friendly. I also love that it connects with Outlook and pings our hiring managers so they can respond quickly. The implementation team was excellent and helped us every step of the way.
Cons
No major complaints but heads up, you have to build all your recruitment forms and processes from scratch. It's a bit of work if you're not prepared but on the plus side, that's also why it's so flexible.

UI is so user-friendly and easy to use. Setting up job workflows feels natural and you don't need to be techy. I can spot great candidates in just a few clicks which makes hiring way faster. The one time I needed customer support, they were fantastic, solved my problem quickly and were really helpful.

Honestly, I can't even think of anything specific to complain about. It just works for everything we need to do here. No drama.

I love that I can see all the candidate applications in one place. It makes searching for the perfect person for a job so much simpler.
Cons
Okay, this was a problem. The system wouldn't let me see applications from before I started using it. I ended up accidentally inviting people to interview who we had already rejected for poor interviews or were even marked as "do not rehire." so awkward.
