Pros

It is convenient that I can see exactly where every applicant is in the process at a glance and I can quickly update documents whenever I need to.

Cons

You can't edit checklists while someone is filling them out. If we spot a typo in a document, we're stuck waiting for the applicant to finish before we can fix it.

Pros

Posting jobs is very simple. I also love that all our managers can just log in to their own accounts to see and handle applicant info.

Cons

I wish there was a reminder for jobs that are still drafts. They blend in with the live ones and it's easy to forget to launch them.

Keeps our team on track

Pros

I am seriously impressed with how this tool keeps our whole admin team organized every single day. The layout is easy to figure out so it doesn't take long to train someone new. The best part is that it's so reliable and it's never crashed or been down for us. It's just become essential for keeping track of everything we do.

Cons

The only bad thing I can say is that there's nothing bad to say.

great for keeping notes

Pros

The tracking features are a lifesaver for staying organized with all my candidates. There's plenty of room for my own notes which is great for later. The applicant info it gives me is detailed but not too much to handle. I also get a lot of use out of the email and text message tools.

Cons

a custom auto-filter for applicants is at the top of my wishlist. Would make my life so much easier.

Good for team collaboration, interface could be better

Pros

I appreciate that a bunch of us can be in the system working at the same time. It's fantastic how it saves all the old info and notes. Having everything in one central place makes my job so much smoother. Oh and the pre-made message templates? They're a total game changer for me.

Cons

It looks pretty dated, not gonna lie. Also the dark mode doesn't really help.

Tidy files and great help

Pros

It's nice that this tool keeps employee files and client files totally separate and neat. And the customer support team is always ready to help which makes a huge difference.

Cons

The esignature part feels old-school. It's missing a lot of the modern consent features you see on dedicated e-sign platforms.

Multi-office hiring tool but poor posting visibility

Pros

This tool lets me handle job applicants and go through resumes. Since a few of us are hiring across different offices, it's a lifesaver when a manager in one location can just easily ask a manager in another office about a candidate's resume.

Cons

since we're always hiring for the same roles, our job postings get buried when new applicants from other sites get added to the pool. It's a constant game of hide-and-seek.

I can easily upload all of an applicant's files and information into one spot. It keeps everything for each candidate perfectly organized.

Cons

Once I save something, that's it. I can't go back and make any edits which is really frustrating.

smooth and flexible layout

Pros

The layout is so smooth and easy to get the hang of, probably the clearest one I've used. The best part is how customizable everything is. It's perfect if your company likes to try new things or often tweaks how your job posts look or change the steps in your hiring process.

Cons

The only downside I've found is that the character limits cut off my job titles.

Handy sorting and email help

Pros

I like the scoring feature and how I can sort everything by different categories. Being able to create my own email templates is a huge plus and the option to delay sending a message is really handy.

Cons

It was tough to learn because of all the new terms for the different stages. The most frustrating part is that every hiring manager at my company uses it differently, so there's no consistency.

The whole team got it quickly

Pros

The whole system feels flexible and our entire team learned how to use it quickly. It has made our hiring process so much simpler than it used to be.

Cons

The support during our setup was a nightmare. They were so slow to respond, couldn't fix our problems and then they just disappeared for weeks right before our busy season. We ended up giving up and going back to our old process. It took so many emails and calls before they finally got it working and we didn't even launch until a whole year later.

so easy to find my way around and get to what I need. No confusion at all.

Cons

The system only lets you have one administrator which is very limiting. Also candidates can't skip uploading their resume which can be frustrating for them.
