I do not have much to say but setting everything up was easy and simple as we were up and running in no time.
Cons
There is no service. I reached out via email to the person who set up the account to make a change but I received no response. I am not happy with this and I am now looking into switching platforms.

“good for texting and notes but reports need work”
Pros
One thing I absolutely love is that I can text and email applicants directly, track their progress through each stage and customize the columns to fit our process. Creating custom reports is a huge plus too. also the menu options are really flexible and the tech and customer service teams usually respond super quickly. Best of all being able to add notes at every stage makes it easy to keep track of all the important details.
Cons
I have noticed occasional inaccuracies in the monthly and comparison reports which seems to happen because some criteria is not fully collected. This means I often have to review, compare and redo the reports myself. another small inconvenience is not being able to permanently set the job listings to show all Jobs by default. There might be a setting for this but I have not found it yet as I feel like it would be a really helpful feature to have.

It's a fantastic way to monitor the entire hiring process. We can easily track who applied, when they applied and keep everything well-documented which is especially helpful if an applicant is not the right fit for the role.

Pros
The app provides lots of useful information. I have not heard any complaints from applicants and I like how it connects to our personal email.
Cons
I noticed that the system has some familiar features that are similar to ms Word which is helpful. However it does not let users save their own personal templates only company-wide templates can be stored which can be a bit limiting.

One of my favorite features is applicantstack's user-friendly layout. It speeds up the hiring process especially with the automation of repetitive tasks and customizable workflows. The communication tools are great for keeping the recruiting team and candidates in sync and the powerful reporting features give us valuable insights, helping us make data-driven decisions.
Cons
The limited customization options on some pre-built templates make it difficult to customize the system for specific needs which I find a bit frustrating. also while the reporting tool is powerful, it can be a bit challenging to fully understand at first. additionally integration with other HR systems could be smoother as syncing data often requires extra effort.
