Simple and straightforward

Pros

All the necessary fields for entering information are already set up and I only need to update the hours worked. This setup is the best and efficient since it eliminates the need to re-enter the same data each week.

Cons

I think it would be more efficient if there were a "home page" where I could view the total hours submitted for all previous weeks. Instead of having to click through each week individually, I prefer to compare my weekly hours in one place. The current method of checking week by week feels quite time-consuming.

Even Better Than Expected

Pros

Beeline provides innovative technology that simplifies workforce management. The advanced analytics they offer make the process seamless for companies and their excellent customer support and overall presence are impressive. My company plans to keep using Beeline extensively due to the good implementation and overall positive experience.

Cons

It is a bit on the expensive side and can be somewhat complex depending on the user.

Beeline is a gem!

Pros

Beeline's products and services have significantly impacted the external workforce industry. What separates Beeline from others is their dedication to continuously enhancing functionality and their drive for product improvement. A standout feature is their exceptional dashboard, which allows all users to log in and view every step that needs to be completed in one comprehensive place. This consistently sets the standard, making Beeline an excellent choice for managing your external workforce effectively.

Cons

One of the few drawbacks of using Beeline, which I understand they are working on addressing, is that neither the client nor the MSP can update configurations or make changes within the Beeline UI without submitting tickets to Beeline. While the support team is excellent at facilitating changes and updates, many of us prefer to make adjustments ourselves on our own schedule as technology becomes more self-service.

Frustrating support experience

Pros

It is very user-friendly. Everything related to contractor data is conveniently located in one place.

Cons

The support is a major issue. We often have to submit multiple tickets for the same request, and it can take days or even weeks to see an enhancement item addressed. When it is finally completed, it usually comes with errors initially, requiring several rounds of explanation before it is understood and resolved. There does not seem to be a comprehensive approach to handling ticket requests; instead, everything is addressed in a fragmented way, leading to unintended downstream impacts that we, as customers, have to identify and resolve ourselves. The support team often provides conflicting responses. Despite Beeline being the system experts, it is challenging to rely on them in this way, making the overall experience quite frustrating when trying to improve our system and functionality.

VMS (Vendor Management System)

Pros

With Beeline, we can handle all types of VMS activities, including exporting reports, creating dashboards, releasing requests to suppliers, editing and modifying requests and much more.

Cons

It is not very user-friendly as it takes time to fully understand the Beeline process. The system is also quite slow in processing. Additionally, we need to enter an authenticator before logging in.

Helpful Technology & Partnership to Manage Extended Workforce

Pros

Beeline manages the entire process from request to payment with suppliers smoothly. We can largely customize the system to fit our needs and work with our client operations manager and relationship manager for escalation when necessary. The JIRA and support process allow our team to enhance the product without incurring expensive improvements.

Cons

While the reporting functionality is generally good, I did like Beeline to make it easier for clients to customize reporting and scorecards to their specific needs which makes it as configurable as the rest of the product. Additionally, the interview management feature within Beeline is lacking. Improving this functionality could really set Beeline apart.

Beeline Review

Pros

The product includes all the necessary features to manage a contingent workforce and related expenses. It benefits from continuous updates by the Beeline product team, reflecting market trends and customer feedback. Beeline is clearly very focused on its customers.

Cons

I do not see any major downsides. However, Beeline could improve by putting more focus on their analytics platform and providing additional training.

Great for timesheets

Pros

As a contractor using Beeline for timesheets, I find it very simple and easy to use. It also integrates seamlessly with other software, as I access it through Workday.

Cons

I do not have many strong dislikes so far. One minor point is that the save button for my timesheet changes is located at the top of the page, whereas I find it more intuitive if it were at the bottom. But overall, this is a small issue.
