This module manages the contingent worker lifecycle, including creating staffing requests, sourcing candidates, selection, onboarding, assignment management, and offboarding. It also lets teams manage supplier performance, labor categories, sourcing channels, market rates, and pay rates within the same program. For global programs, it supports country-specific requirements such as tenure and equal-pay rules, complex markups, VAT/GST, and local labor regulations. It gives organizations greater control over contingent labor spending while supporting consistent hiring and compliance across locations.

Beeline Resource Tracking identifies and tracks non-employees who may fall outside a company's centralized contingent workforce program. This can include service workers, former executives on retainer, and workers in locations where the main program is not used. It records workers, suppliers, locations, spending, and their access to company systems, data, and facilities. Teams can use this information to report on unmanaged labor, identify duplicate or unplanned engagements, and review access that may need to be removed when an engagement ends.

Beeline Services Procurement manages SOW-based engagements from competitive bidding and supplier selection to project delivery, invoicing, payment, and evaluation. Teams can compare bids, create and revise SOWs, and track project activity, contractor classifications, and financial details. Information can move from the bid into the SOW and then into the project record, keeping key details connected throughout the engagement. The feature gives organizations greater control over project-based service spending, supplier performance, and engagement outcomes.

Beeline Analytics brings contingent workforce data such as spend, headcount, negotiated rates, supplier performance, and savings into configurable dashboards. Teams can set KPIs, filter data, compare supplier and program performance, examine trends, and create reports based on the metrics they need to monitor. It also provides benchmarking and views of savings and cost avoidance to help teams assess sourcing and spending decisions. It helps teams identify spending patterns, supplier differences, and potential areas for cost improvement.

Beeline MCP connects approved AI assistants and agents to Beeline's workforce data through a single MCP connection. It allows these tools to retrieve information and take actions across sourcing, engagement, and compliance. Users can check request, assignment, or project status, approve timesheets, expenses, or offers, and review or move candidates forward from within the same interface. The connection uses Beeline's existing identity and permission controls, while keeping users involved in decisions such as worker classification and compliance.
