I found the shift scheduling feature to be a bit challenging! It took me several attempts to really get the hang of it.

The mobile app lacks some of the features of the desktop version and isn't as easy to use which can limit its usefulness when you're on the go. I would appreciate if they make some improvements to it.

Not very mobile friendly. some employees have mentioned that their payslips are hard to read and the full payslip doesn't show up. Plus, it doesn't integrate with employee assistance apps like Wagestream or salary Finance.

Customer service team is very cooperative. Never been disappointed by them. Uploading payslips to sage HR is easy once you're set up as an admin.

It feels a bit complex to use. Not the easiest to handle and the interface seems a bit messy and outdated. also, if you enter an incorrect email address for payroll, resetting the payslips for employees gets very hard.

We have been able to improve our HR processes from onboarding with e-signatures to managing the workforce online. The employee database is solid and the workflow builder has been great for handling daily operations. Plus, the half-price offer for first three months is a huge plus.

Can't think of anything I would change except maybe making a few tweaks to the user interface. It is an excellent software.
