Once you learn it, it's quite user-friendly. You can track your time, view colleagues' holiday schedules, access the organization chart, and request holidays.

It's not very intuitive. Once you track your time, corrections aren't possible, requiring you to cancel tracking and enter hours from scratch.

Administration of the system is difficult, especially for companies with over 50 employees. Support can be inconsistent and unprofessional. The interface has limitations, particularly in visualizing information. Document management is basic and chaotic. Absence and expense management are also basic, lacking flexibility.
