I cannot automatically adjust the clock to the nearest quarter of an hour when an employee arrives late in the morning or at the end of the day. For example 803 should be automatically shifted to 815 or 1738 to 1730.

Starting time tracking is straightforward and the customizable absence types are beneficial.
Cons
The reports generated by Calamari dont meet my expectations. Task descriptions are not visible without generating different types of reports. Additionally the total working hours calculated sometimes appear inaccurate.

“excellent for tracking and reminders
Pros
The time-off tracking is very easy so I can quickly see who's out and check my remaining vacation days. Those automated reminder emails are a lifesaver for staying on top of responses to my team.
Cons
The Apply and Calendar pages are way too similar and honestly should just be merged into one. I constantly mix them up and try doing things on the wrong page. Also, the Board section feels redundant since we already have those same tabs on the left sidebar.

Calamari is an outstanding leave tracking tool that has received nothing but positive feedback from our company. Its approval flow and Slack integration have significantly streamlined our processes. The customer service team is responsive and helpful always willing to assist with any needs. Their recent implementation of a new solution based on our feedback demonstrates their commitment to improvement.
Cons
The .csv importer can be a bit temperamental. Rarely am I able to complete an upload task without needing support from the Calamari team. However they are immediately responsive and assist me in troubleshooting the error. Resolving this would reduce my reliance on their customer support team but its a minor inconvenience.

Integration with Slack and Google Calendar greatly influenced our decision to choose Calamari for leave management. Its convenient for staff to receive notifications and manage PTO requests through Slack. The automatic updates to Google Calendar add to the convenience.

Calamari has been immensely helpful in tracking employees time off. Its hard to imagine managing without it. The system is user-friendly for both employees and employers. “Great tracker but tricky uploader
Pros
It is an excellent solution for tracking employee leave. Over the two-plus years my company has relied on it I keep hearing nothing but positive comments from both staff and managers. The approval workflows combined with the tight Slack integration have cut down the time it takes to approve requests by a large margin. The calendar view and the notification system also do a great job of keeping everyone who needs to know aware of who's available. Setting up complex accrual rules is easy and whenever we've hit a snag the Calamari support team is quick to step in and help. In my view it's a top-notch platform that does exactly what we need. Not long ago I suggested adding archived employees to the reporting tool so we could export historical time-off trends. They took that input seriously and rolled out a new feature that just went live. I really appreciate that they listened and built this capability.
Cons

If they could smooth this process it would let me depend less on support though overall it's just a small irritation. That said their responsiveness makes the effort manageable.
