“Great for time off, timeclock needs work
Pros
When it comes to Paid Time Off and leave tracking, I find the system incredibly interactive and simple to use and in my experience it's one of the best solutions I've faceed for handling this kind of work.
Cons
Personally, I feel the TimeClock portion needs a fair bit of improvement. Generating reports and exporting them for input into our payroll system is more difficult than it should be and I would really prefer if the exported files were directly compatible with QuickBooks, Peachtree and other common payroll platforms so the process is smoother.

“Surprisingly simple to master
Pros
Setting up this platform was surprisingly amazing and I didn't need much time to get comfortable with how everything works. The Slack integration is a nice touch that makes communication smoother.
Cons
interface feels a bit dated, though it's not really a major issue for me.

the interface very easy to use and both managers and staff can pick it up and use it without fuss.
Cons
At first I felt somewhat overwhelmed and unsure where to start but after working through the tutorials I noticed a real difference and it became clear how valuable Calamari can be.

Using it feels interactive and its interface is attractively designed. It offers alot of features that I can customize to fit my workflows without effort. The support team is consistently quick to respond and open to suggestions for improving the software.
Cons

Getting started with this software was simple, I found it easy to teach my team and now that everyone uses it, they find it very easy too.
Cons
I suppose there are situations where the app could feel a bit light on features. For our small nonprofit though where we only need to log timesheets and link them to our leave banks, it fits our needs perfectly.

Since we started using it, we've stopped worrying about all the effort of tracking hours and managing different allowances across teams and employees. The app offers incredible features that I can tailor to nearly every requirement and there are limitless ways to tweak settings so they suit our workflows perfectly. Whenever something seems impossible, their fantastic customer support turns it around almost instantly.
Cons
it is awesome and I really struggle to point out downsides. I'm hoping they keep adding functionality and the feature I want most is a dedicated calendar and a separate scheduling module to manage shifts and timetables more easily.

This application is extremely helpful for securely saving everything I need. it makes handling staff attendance much simpler. It uses unique login credentials and limits access to the database so I can maintain accurate records of staff check-ins and check-outs every working day. There are also built-in features for tracking and recording employees' working hours. I can further break down who was on which duty during each hour of the day and then analyze that information to create progress reports. Overall it feels like an efficient tool for managing my team's time effectively.
Cons
In my experience it's particularly useful for marketing teams across various departments but the pricing can be a little high for small-scale businesses. I also found the customer care and guidance to be quite limited which makes it less attractive for smaller organizations that need more affordable options and hands-on support.

“Very easy for tracking attendance
Pros
In this role I ended up being responsible for recording our team's attendance at meetings, team-building activities, company assemblies, office seminars and various other official gatherings. Calamari made it easy for me to log who showed up and to record everyone's clock-in and clock-out times. I've recommended this tool to our HR officer as well for managing leave requests, absences and related records. The app was quick for me to pick up and its interface is very user-friendly. It also supports integrations with several other tools which helps simplify overall attendance monitoring.
Cons
There really isn't much I can fault about it right now things are working well so far.

Pros
It is a fantastic, easy tool for handling leave , everything from remote work and sick leave to vacation days gets put into Calamari so I can easily keep track of where everyone is.
Cons
Don't have many complaints about it but one thing I notice is that the app can feel sluggish at times and doesn't always respond as quickly as I'd like.

Kamil was very helpful when I needed to set up some custom configurations, his responses were quick and the support was excellent. The Slack integration is a game changer since managers can approve or reject requests right from Slack without switching platforms. What really stands out is the clean, friendly interface that makes navigation so simple.
Cons
The only downside is that there really isn't one, Kamil's support was exceptional and he really went the extra mile to assist me.

On my cell phone, this app combines multiple functions that give me very precise control over my daily activities even when I'm at home. I find it really easy to use and the visual design is genuinely pleasant to look at

Pros
One thing I love is the clean, stylish interface , it hooked into Google Suite and Slack without any issue. A few coworkers laughed at the name and were confused when I mentioned it at first and our design team actually liked the branding. Customer support has been fantastic!
Cons
I noticed it doesn't reflect actual year-to-date absences , it lists every approved request, including ones scheduled for the future. Thankfully they push updates all the time so I expect this capability to land within the next month or so.

Pros
Their team really took time to walk us through everything and tailor the setup to our specific requirements. I'm impressed by how seamlessly it connects with Google calendar and makes scheduling so much easier.
Cons
I wish the Google sync offered more granular control instead of being an all-or-nothing setup. Since our company has 3 divisions on the same account, it would be great to filter calendar events to show only our division's team rather than everyone across all departments.

Setting it up was easy and I love the interactive dashboard. It's been very helpful for managing time off across teams in multiple countries and the Customer Success Specialist on the support team has been really responsive and useful.
Cons
On the downside I'd like to see more functionality in the mobile app, such as attaching files, a built-in calendar and better visibility of team availability.

I am impressed by the transparency, the ability to pick between different groups and the clear approval workflows. Adding new staff and updating their records is easy and exporting data into excel is effort-free. Setting up different absence types is transparent and simple. everyone has equal access. I also appreciate the Calamari Group's speedy replies. I'd recommend this tool to companies of any size!
Cons
The cost feels like it could be a bit more competitive but otherwise it's fine. I'd love an option to add shared or collective holidays so I can populate the calendar for all employees at once instead of doing it individually. Fortunately, their team is always ready to assist whenever I need help.

the app and user dashboard are extremely user-friendly. The team actually pays attention to customer requests and follows through by putting actions in place to support and meet those needs.
Cons
I've noticed occasional instances where I clock out but the system doesn't record it, this problem appears to only affect our Android users.

What I like most about this software is how easy it is to manage, I can plan and track activities, respond to my employees' questions and it offers the specific, essential features companies require for an effective management system. I also appreciate that it supports four languages , english, Spanish, French and Polish which helps make it usable across different teams.
Cons
I do think the pricing could be more competitive, I'd like the option to add public or collective holidays so that everyone is visible on a shared calendar, including every employee. That said, I still find it convenient that the platform lets me connect through social networks.
