Im not pleased with the removal of birthdays. Additionally having a reminder for anniversary dates would be beneficial.

Calamari is user-friendly and beneficial for managing a small workforce. Its straightforward and eliminates the need for larger HRIS and timekeeping software for smaller teams. Its features cater to our specific needs without requiring a generic solution. The technical support and customer service have been exceptional and prompt!

It would be beneficial to have at least one report option thats spontaneous and customizable.

Since implementing Calamari our teams have given very positive feedback due to its ease of use and how well it meets our requirements. The Calamari support teams have been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the implementation team training and launch phases for which were very grateful.

This tool is exceptionally intuitive and accessible across multiple devices (mobile laptop etc.). It simplifies HR management for me )

The reports sometimes lack clarity in presenting the necessary data. There are numerous methods for exporting reports making it difficult to remember where to find the appropriate one.

Im disappointed by the significant price increase with Calamari. Over the span of a year the annual cost nearly doubled. Additionally its frustrating that some features from the old cheaper version have been separated into another product requiring additional payment.

After initial setup (employees projects holidays etc.) it becomes very quick and easy to use for both frontline users (technicians and supervisors) and management.

The need to configure everything was quite time-consuming but the payoff was worthwhile.

Certain aspects of the systems logic could be optimized further like implementing automatic calculations to deduct overtime from absences so we can ascertain if were in the positive or not. Currently we handle this internally and would appreciate its integration.

We encountered some hiccups during setup but with fantastic assistance from Calamaris support center (which was outstanding) we resolved all our issues.

Its straightforward and intuitive with a relatively low learning curve. Its streamlined and competitively priced for our requirements. While Im aware Calamari offers additional functions beyond PTO tracking further exploration is needed to assess how they compare to our current setup.

I cant think of any major drawbacks. It fulfills our needs well. While I might encounter issues along the way overall it performs admirably.

I'm disappointed that it presents working hours, days off and similar details poorly in a single document and those records are barely accepted during work inspections.

the app is really easy to use, I can tailor settings for every employee individually and the price seems reasonable to me.

Sometimes I face glitches and for some odd reason the entitlement always defaults to the prior year which is frustrating.
