The Slack integration is a favorite feature as it allows us to handle time tracking and leave management efficiently within Slack which is our primary communication tool.

One lacking feature is customizable work schedules. Calamari doesnt offer the ability to customize schedules extensively which can lead to additional work for the operations team.

Reporting is an area where theres room for improvement. Many companies require a signed record of timecard approval for fair compensation. Currently we have to export data and configure it manually. Integrating a timecard approval workflow into the application would streamline this process.

With distributed teams the risk of misunderstandings is higher. Establishing a company culture akin to Googles office environment is not feasible.
