For an organization of our size, it has automated approval processes and streamlined how we manage quarterly bonuses and annual merit cycles. It also lets us incorporate data from other systems, like performance ratings. While we'd prefer a single platform for all our HR needs, it has significantly improved our previous manual processes as we work toward enhancing our programs.
Cons
The single sign-on feature continues to be problematic. Every review cycle several team members end up getting locked out of the platform.

I'd recommend ClearCompany for its core strength: organizing applicants and making candidate communication, via email and text incredibly easy. It's a great tool for getting your hiring process in order.
Cons
That said, be aware of its limitations. The reporting is just okay, and a notable issue is that it doesn't stop candidates from applying multiple times to the same job, which can clutter the system. So, if you need powerful analytics or deal with high-volume roles where duplicates are a problem, it might be worth looking at other systems.

Coming into recruiting as a beginner, this platform gave me everything I needed to build a great hiring process from scratch. The layout is incredibly simple, I could figure out where everything was without much training. What really stands out is Talent University which helped me understand how to improve our recruitment strategies. Our customer success manager responds quickly whenever we need help and always gives detailed explanations. The best part? The HRIs integration works easily, transitioning candidates from applicant to employee status is practically effortless now.
Cons
I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about this system, it's clearly been designed by people who understand what recruiters actually need from their HRIs software.

I like the option that allow me to do onboarding electronically, which means no need to drive to the hotel just to fill out paperwork before starting a job. I also like how easy it is to track candidates as they progress through the hiring process, and the ability to text and email them directly from the website.

I have no complaints. I went through the onboarding process myself and now I am onboarding other associates. I think the site is fantastic!

Okay, so here's my honest take.. I've been working with this platform since 2016, starting with the recruitment module and adding onboarding later. Both rollouts went smoothly and we controlled the pace. The ongoing support is fantastic, we have monthly check-ins to discuss new features and address any issues. It's incredibly stable, with maybe just a few outages over the years and tech support gets things resolved quickly. Whenever I've contacted support, they respond fast and fix problems efficiently.
Cons
Would love to see more sorting and filtering options on the recruitment platform especially on the Requisition tab. Something that works more like Excel with better filtering capabilities would be really helpful. Otherwise, the company does a great job listening to feedback and making improvements.

I've been using this as a recruiter after trying several other systems and it's definitely my top choice! The interface is really user friendly and makes navigation simple. Updating information is easy and the candidate workflows are logical and simple. What I really appreciate is being able to text or email candidates directly through the platform, plus I can respond from my phone or email without needing to log into the system every time.
Cons
Onboarding setup is where I've run into issues. Also editing new hire packet templates isn't easy at all, it's pretty clunky and could really use some work to make it more user friendly.
