“Long term ATs reliability
Pros
Been using this since 2014 for recruiting and onboarding and it's really transformed how we attract quality candidates. The integration with major recruiting sites is fantastic, makes tracking applicants and staying in touch so much easier. Love that all communication gets logged automatically so everyone on the hiring team stays in the loop. We're actually rolling out the performance and employee engagement features next month and expect them to improve our company culture even more.

“Effortless multi board posting
Pros
This ATs has been perfect for our medium sized business. I really appreciate how I can post a job once and it automatically distributes to multiple job boards without any extra work.
Cons
search function could use some work, I wish I could find candidates in the database using keywords. There seems to be a search feature but it only shows people I've tagged before which limits its usefulness.

Pros
It is really easy for me to keep track of all the applications coming in for our job openings.
Cons
Not a complaint but I wish the system would automatically email people when they're offboarded instead of making me go through extra steps to send it manually.

Makes reviewing candidates really easy and efficient for our hiring process.
Cons
although reviewing candidates is easy for me but sometimes finding their notes isn't always easy and can be frustrating when I am trying to quickly access important information.

This solution scales perfectly with our growth. As a mid market company, we didn't want anything overly complex or excessive, this fits just right and has expanded easily with us from 120 employees at implementation to our current 175, with room for continued growth.
Cons
Dashboard really needs a task list feature, something that pulls from reminders and notes based on timing. I'd love to see reminders automatically pop up on my dashboard when they're due so I can track my daily tasks. Since we do tons of prospecting, I need better tools to follow the lifecycle of leads and keep things moving forward. Adding CRM type functionality would make a huge difference for managing the sales process.

“Centralized applicant tracking
Pros
applicant tracking workflow is really easy and lets me sort candidates using different criteria. When I post a job through this platform, it automatically distributes to multiple job boards and funnels all the applications into one centralized location.
Cons
Finding specific applicants gets tricky when I have multiple people with the same common name, there's no easy way to distinguish between them.

“Best tool for easy hiring process
Pros
This tool makes everything smooth and fast for both hiring managers and job candidates. I like that it really helps everyone move easily from the initial application stage all the way to becoming part of the team.
Cons
Posting workflow can be tricky since it's easy to miss a step along the way. Would be helpful if there was some kind of guided checklist that moves you through each field, so you could spot any mistakes or incomplete sections before finalizing everything.
