Pros
The way candidate profiles and details are organized makes everything so easy for me to browse and manage.
Cons
I can't really think of anything I genuinely dislike about it. All the parts I work with function smoothly together.

“ADP integration and performance reviews
Pros
Implementation support was fantastic and that 2-way integration with ADP Workforce Now is absolutely essential for us. The performance review functionality and built-in goal setting are huge pluses. Recruitment's been smooth overall, even though we had a few technical bumps early on.
Cons
survey logic feature isn't available yet. Candidate application formatting could use some work, though it's been improving. We had to go with the concierge support option since we needed that extra level of help during our first year of using the full platform after implementation.

“Convenient candidate notifications
Pros
Love how simple it is to navigate and sending notifications directly to candidates through the system is super convenient for me.
Cons
I don't have many complaints, though I'd prefer if the notifications were positioned somewhere else on the interface.

Pros
Our team made the switch last summer and couldn't be happier. The clean interface improved our applicant experience and communication between departments flows so much better now. Getting feedback through the scorecard feature has been game changing and customer support is top notch.
Cons
Training new users can be challenging, especially when they're not very tech savvy. However, the support team is incredibly fast and responsive which really helps me bridge that gap.

Really like how it handles communication with applicants and helps collect all the right details. The candidate questions make decision making way easier for me.
Cons
Name search feature is pretty frustrating, when I pull up someone's profile, I can't see which requirements are linked to them without opening each one individually. It gets really tedious when someone has applied using multiple email addresses because I have to dig through every single file to find the right one.

“helpful and easy to integrate
Pros
Integration flexibility is great, it works easily with the platforms we already use. Being able to manage settings ourselves without waiting on support has been such a time saver.
Cons
Reporting options are pretty limited when I need to pull custom data on the fly. I also wish I could export information directly from pages instead of having to work around it. Another thing that bugs me is not being able to customize which columns show up in the candidate view, would make my workflow so much smoother.

“simple but high rep turnover is tricky

so easy to use no matter your experience level. For me everything feels well structured and aligned with HR best practices. The automatic job feeds have been a total win for us.
Cons
Constant turnover in reps means I'm always having to start over with someone new. It gets tiring having to explain our company goals and processes repeatedly, feels like we're stuck in a loop of onboarding meetings.

super versatile tool overall. The reminders are my favorite, they keep everything on track even when things get hectic and being able to set how often they ping is really helpful.

I find it frustrating that you can't modify closed dates for performance reviews or add new people once a review has been marked as "closed."

ClearCompany has been indispensable during Covid facilitating remote work for onboarding and recruiting staff. It has boosted productivity even beyond the pandemics peak.
Cons
It would be beneficial to sort all requisitions by title. Also organizing the career site by location and allowing candidates to narrow down positions by city/county would improve user experience.
