Pros

Creating job requisitions and posting to multiple job boards is straightforward with ClearCompany and the system also simplifies offer letter creation.

Cons

Making changes to offer letters isnt as straightforward as advertised. Also setting up knockout questions is more complex than demonstrated during the demo.

ClearCompany provides agile access to candidate information simplifying tasks like candidate search email sharing and profile viewing.

Cons

Despite some drawbacks the benefits outweigh the negatives significantly aiding our personnel selection process and improving management quality.

In a previous role I found ClearCompanys onboarding functionality excellent for collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

Im not a big fan of the ATS/Talent Management sides due to difficulties in high-volume/high-touch operation and performance management.

While setup and initial customer service were good I encountered issues with undisclosed fees in the contract so caution is advised.

My experience with ClearCompany has been tarnished by an unexpected additional charge for undisclosed competencies in the system. Attempting to add these fees unethically is unacceptable.

Sometimes it runs a bit slowly. I am looking forward to the upcoming updates In a hope they will resolve some of these issues.

Available at a reasonable price and it helps me stay organized during the hiring process. It supports hiring the best talent and offers excellent service support staff and personalized training.

It would be helpful to allow more than one person to act as a live interviewer to enhance the interview process.

ClearCompany software helps my employees manage all applicant information! I can schedule interviews and assign different tasks to my team. also its easy to use and the support team is very helpful with any issues. The price is aslso quite reasonable and I love the scheduling functionality mainly the calendar interface on the home page!

Cons

No cons to mention about Clearcompany software. My entire team loves it. I have been using it for over a year and the improvements keep getting better. I cannot imagine my office without it.

“Facilitates and streamlines the hiring process

Pros

The support staff is outstanding as they have helped me when I needed it most with training videos and online chat. This software has been great for managing the hiring process. The navigation is quite intuitive and the design is very user-friendly.

Cons

I did suggest modifying the options which allows us to add more than one person as an interviewer, as currently only one person can receive the information to conduct the interview.

Clearcompany is a fantastic goal tracking software. in the past we dealt with a huge amount of paperwork for different applicants with various skills and it was frustrating to end up with just one new hire. Now with ClearCompany, we can streamline the process and reduce all that hassle.

Well I think the software needs better publicity. This is not a criticism of the software itself but they need to market it more aggressively. I cannot believe it took me so long to find and get it.

I like how the software tracks an employee holistically from onboarding and recruitment to goal tracking and performance management using metrics. This helps me hire top talent and allows employees to see how their work impacts the company.

Cons

Take some time for users to learn how to use the software, but once they do it runs smoothly. Also the software does not offer much customization like changing the theme color.

Pros

Customer service is excellent and they offer a good level of cusotmized training. The price was also lower than softwares I have used in the past which is why we chose them for our first year.

Cons

I felt locked into an unnecessarily expensive contract for implementation. The new UI looks better but has noticeable page load speed issues. The package that included the mobile front end came with a significant cost increase which seemed unfair given that over half of web traffic is mobile.
