I've been with this recruiting platform since 2015 and honestly, implementation has been really simple every time. The team always assigns fantastic people to help with setup and upgrades, they really know their stuff. When we added the onboarding module in 2018, our implementation manager was incredible at mapping out what we needed to do, giving us great training materials and making sure we stayed on schedule. The support team is super responsive too, except for a brief period when the company was growing really fast and things got a bit hectic.

Pros
Okay so.... I really enjoy working with this platform throughout our entire candidate journey. What stands out most are the scorecards that let us evaluate applicants consistently, plus how smoothly we can guide people through interviews. When someone's ready to start, the onboarding packets automatically assign tasks to both our team and new hires. We also leverage it for company wide goal alignment which supports our transparency values perfectly! Plus, having regular check-ins with our customer success manager to discuss questions and upcoming features is incredibly valuable.
Cons
While there are still some bugs being worked out, the support team does their best to help. When they can't answer something immediately, they'll dig into it and follow up, though this can sometimes take over a week. I do appreciate that they actually listen to user feedback and implement enhancement requests based on our votes.

I've been using this for over 2 years now and it's really cut down the time I spend managing applications while bringing in way more candidates. The onboarding feature has been a game changer, no more boring first day paperwork since everything gets sent electronically beforehand. Overall, it's saved us tons of time and money and I'm really satisfied with how it performs.
Cons
Main issue I have is that you can't refresh job postings after 30 days, instead, we have to close them and create new ones. It's workable but would be much better if we could just refresh existing requisitions.
