“smooth applicant tracking
Pros
Interface feels really simple and makes applicant tracking and onboarding so much smoother than other systems I've used.
Cons
I can't think of anything major that bothers me, mostly just small areas where things could be better. One thing that would be nice is if it could integrate with our HRIs/Payroll system. We use Banner which is an Ellucian product and getting that connection working would be really helpful.

I like that the system is easy to customise. Also, it has a clean aspect to it, making it easy to see all of the information without having to go through a bunch of irrelevant data.

I like that the layout and design are simple and easy to navigate your way through. Its simple to operate and manage as well.
Cons
The system glitches a lot and crashes often. Its also not very user-friendly and beginners have a hard time trying to understand the system.

Cons
Reporting could be enhanced I wish I could download any data element from ClearCompany and manipulate it in a spreadsheet.

Pros
The platform packs tons of functionality into an interface that's really easy to navigate. We rely on it for recruiting, performance tracking and getting new hires up to speed alongside our ADP Workforce Now setup. The tools are incredibly great but what really sets it apart is the outstanding technical support. Every time I've reached out with questions or run into issues, their team has been quick to help and thorough in their solutions. You can tell the people working there genuinely enjoy what they do.
Cons
Learning curve is pretty steep and I am trying to figure out all the features, though it works fine if you just need something basic right away.

There are several underdeveloped details that make the platform feel less polished, things like having a "continue" button instead of "submit" at the end of applications, or how customer service reps can actually see your feedback about them if you submit it while they're still in the chat. I've also noticed there's often a gap between what the sales team knows and what the implementation manager understands.

Pros
This is a web based instead of dealing with paper forms and the search functionality for finding applicants is super helpful. The team behind it is constantly working to improve the platform which shows they care about user experience. The integration with our payroll system and company website is definitely a major advantage that saves us time and effort.
Cons
When I get a message from someone applying, I can't just hit reply, I have to start a completely new message instead. The frustrating part is that the new message doesn't include their original message for reference, so I'm left trying to remember what they asked about.
