My Favorite ATS System

Pros

Clear Companys ATS system is a favorite of mine due to its ease of use and comprehensive features. It efficiently tracks applicants across multiple positions and facilitates background checks and notes.

Cons

The cost can escalate with add-ons for background checks and paid postings.

Clear Company Review

Pros

The programs simplicity eliminates the need for extensive training its self-explanatory and allows straightforward navigation to desired areas.

Cons

Unnecessary analytics clutter the interface and certain graphs and features like the pop-up chat box can be intrusive at times.

Great features once you customize

Pros

I appreciate the ability to customize processes and assign tasks to managers within ClearCompany.

Cons

Learning to use it was cumbersome especially compared to other tools offered by Paylocity.

ATS system that makes tracking easy

Pros

ClearCompanys applicant tracking system is intuitive for both recruiters and hiring managers. Its centralized platform allows direct communication with candidates and keeps all relevant information organized and accessible.

Cons

I wish there was a more efficient way to sort candidates based on their job matches or potential matches. While the software has a Talent Pool feature I find it ineffective unless theres an open requisition for a specific job type.

Not sure which is worse...the recruiting software or the performance software

Pros

While it offers direct ties to multiple job boards and the ability to sponsor jobs these features arent sufficient to justify its overall value.

Cons

The customer support is abysmal my repeated requests regarding their ADP feed a supposed preferred partnership have been ignored. Additionally the software is slow cumbersome to navigate and experiences frequent outages. These issues make it challenging for even tech-savvy employees to use effectively.

Better ATS/Onboarding Options

Pros

ClearCompanys portal boasts a visually appealing and modern design. While priced decently there are slightly cheaper options available with similar functionalities. However its focus on compliance and regular updates to standardized forms are commendable. The Onboarding side of the platform is particularly impressive compared to its ATS functionality.

Cons

Every additional item incurs additional costs from extra user seats to data migration. Customizing the format questions dispositions and stages isnt straightforward and ClearCompanys support for GoogleforJobs compliance and mobile optimization is lacking. Overall the ATS is glitchy and difficult to modify to suit our specific needs.

ClearCompany has been great!

Pros

Using ClearCompanys recruiting platform feels intuitive with the added benefit of ClearText for direct candidate messaging enhancing efficiency and candidate experience. Dispositioning candidates is quick and straightforward.

Cons

Ive noticed that the calculation for days open begins when the requisition is entered not fully approved. This requires us to manually calculate for an accurate time-to-fill metric.

I've become a believer

Pros

Initially skeptical Ive come to appreciate the ease of use and great interface of ClearCompany after a year of implementation. Looking forward to exploring additional features in the future.

Cons

My experience with the system suggests its less intuitive than those Ive used before demanding significant setup before implementation. However investing time in this setup process proves beneficial in the long run allowing for maximum utilization of the product.

Great People Experience, ClearCompany sets a standard for HR programs

I appreciate ClearCompanys excellent customer support job posting functionality and integration with other job boards.

Cons

Being a developing company the implementation required defining aspects we hadnt finalized yet (e.g. Core Competencies). Additional costs with add-ons not disclosed during Proliant setup were unexpected.

CONSTANT glitches in the system, constant need to reload/refresh the page....lost work and lost time

Pros

Candidate Profiles feature acts as a secure employee file-sharing system customizable based on user licenses.

Cons

Despite what salespeople claim customization isnt as seamless. Custom forms havent functioned properly and technical glitches have persisted causing concern about losing candidates.
