Pros
I find ClearCompany incredibly user-friendly. Despite its advanced functionalities its easy to grasp even for non-technical users. The companys commitment to continuous improvement keeps them ahead of the curve. Unlike other HRM software providers that overpromise and underdeliver ClearCompany excels in providing quick product support and resolving concerns promptly.
Cons
The few issues I could mention are more about personal preference than actual problems. It would be convenient to have additional search options for applicants such as by phone number or email address but again this is just a matter of preference. Overall the software delivers on its promises.

Having everything centralized in one system is really convenient, all my applicant data is right there and I don't have to worry about losing track of candidate information or jumping between different platforms.

Implementation specialist really put me at ease from day one. She walked me through everything clearly and offered some great ideas for customizing it to fit our company's specific requirements.
Cons
Only downside is that while the training videos are useful, I sometimes need a personal walkthrough to really grasp things. I could've asked for one on one help on several features but didn't have enough time.

“The Best Software For Onboarding

ClearCompany is exceptionally reliable and user-friendly efficiently managing all our needs. Its presence provides us with peace of mind knowing that our onboarding processes are well taken care of.
Cons
It would be beneficial if the software improved its capability to send reminder emails to both onboards and their direct managers notifying them of remaining tasks in their packets. Currently we have to manually check and send reminders to onboards who havent completed any tasks.

ClearCompanys ATS stands out as the best Ive used in an HR setting. Its user-friendly visually appealing and integrates seamlessly with Outlook. The centralized storage of all communication with candidates is a major convenience. The well-organized dashboard facilitates efficient navigation and I particularly appreciate the integration with ShieldScreening for background checks.
Cons
I wish all functions seamlessly integrated with Paylocity our payroll system. Currently integration is one-way from ClearCompany to Paylocity but not vice versa.

During my three years of using CC with a previous company I found it to be exceptional. Beyond its software features the dedicated customer service was exemplary aiding in major setups and addressing issues promptly. Overall I dont have many complaints about the system. However when I used it there wasnt a mobile app available though Im unsure if that has changed since.

While weve only fully implemented one module so far our experience with ClearCompanys applicant tracking module has been overwhelmingly positive. Its intuitive interface automation features and integration with Outlook have significantly streamlined our hiring process saving time and effort.
Cons
So far I havent found anything to dislike about it. Weve only implemented one module fully and have been using it for a few weeks. However if I had to mention a downside it would be the additional cost for more than three customized forms in the onboarding module. Nevertheless Ive found ways to work around it so its not a significant issue.
