“supportive onboarding experience
Pros
Didn't expect much but this actually surprised me. Sales and implementation teams were incredibly patient with us as we learned the system. Even though we were unfamiliar with the company initially, they never made us feel rushed or like just another number. They gave us all the time we needed to explore options and understand the details, something that's rare to find these days. It was genuinely refreshing to work with people who cared about our success.
Cons
No cons from my side. We had to transition away from our Implementation Manager. Tim was incredibly helpful, he really guided us through learning the system and was such a valuable resource during onboarding.

Pros
Combining ClearCompany with Proliant has been convenient. Its better than juggling multiple tabs. I appreciate how we can assign hiring managers to their positions empowering them to review resumes and make calls. This helps align with our nonprofits specific grant needs.
Cons
Ive noticed that certain tools change frequently without any prior notice.

“All in one recruiting platform
Pros
Having everything I need in one place rather than juggling multiple tools is really great. The interface is easy and doesn't require much of a learning curve. For what we're paying, it delivers great value compared to other options we've looked at.
Cons
Performance can be sluggish at times. Customer support takes a day or two to get back to me which isn't ideal when I need quick help.

Applicant tracking system works really well.
Cons
Response times from the support team are pretty slow when I run into problems. Don't expect immediate help, it usually takes around 2-3 days before anyone gets back to you which can be frustrating when you're dealing with urgent issues.

Pros
I value every step I take with ClearCompany. Its user-friendly for engaging with new hires efficiently. ClearCompany perfectly aligns with my career and serves as a foundation for my operations. Ive personally benefited from it and have no regrets. Id recommend it to anyone.
Cons
I find the software easy to use and deploy. I havent encountered any challenges since its highly relatable and easy to set up.

“ClearCompany is a key to our Talent Management!
Pros
Im impressed by the thoroughness of ClearCos platform its ease of implementation and the support teams. As a power user in my company I find it easy to follow along with the candidacy process. The implementation team was superb addressing all our concerns. I use it for talent management and tracking our organizational goals.
Cons
Like with any software there are occasional bugs. Sometimes my support requests dont go through and we couldnt integrate some features we wanted. However our account team is always available to discuss ideas and the platform is continually improving.

Pros
Interface is really simple from both an admin and user perspective, new team members need hardly any training to get started. Their support team is genuinely helpful and you can tell the CC staff actually enjoy working there. What I appreciate most is that they've actually implemented several improvements we suggested along the way.
Cons
Had to create workarounds for virtual interviews back in 2020-2021, though that's been fixed now. There have been a few times where I found myself wishing it could handle certain tasks that it currently doesnt support.

Pros
Everything's accessible right from the profile section which makes navigation super easy for me!
Cons
Only thing I'd change is adding a toggle at the top for "repost again" with zero candidates. Right now I have to go through all the template setup again when I just want to select repost new which is a bit tedious.

“smooth candidate communication tools
Pros
Being able to reach out to candidates so effortlessly is great for me, the email templates are fantastic and having texting as an option makes communication even smoother.
Cons
system lets people apply multiple times through Indeed and other job sites and even when I mark them as duplicates or unqualified, they just keep applying. This really clogs up the applicant list and makes it take way longer to find candidates who are actually qualified or genuinely interested in the position.

Pros
Platform is really user friendly and lets you tailor different aspects to fit your company's specific workflows. We're in the middle of updating our email templates and recently overhauled our interview guide, making those changes was easy and they took effect immediately. Our customer success manager is fantastic too, always ready to help us discover new features and responds to questions super quickly.
Cons
New background check feature they rolled out definitely aligned things for us but it's annoying that we keep getting sales notifications about it for every candidate even though we're already using it.

Interface is incredibly simple and packed with useful features. I've never experienced such smooth navigation and honestly the reporting capabilities blow everything else I've tried out of the water! Getting it set up was really simple and whenever I needed help, the support team was absolutely fantastic.
Cons
Email syncing feature was pretty disappointing, our security team wasn't comfortable with their partner company's security protocols so we can't use that functionality. Would be great if they could upgrade this aspect!
