“Organized and efficient navigation

Pros

I really enjoy navigating the homepage daily, it displays all the featured tabs clearly. Finding the sections I need is easy and filtering locations or searching for candidates is simple with the customizable filter options. The easy integration between different tabs works well and the way categories are organized for requisitions and candidates makes our search process much more efficent.

Lynne Peters recruited me and she was incredibly patient and thoughtful throughout the process. From the beginning, she believed in my potential and kept advocating for me during interviews. Her communication was outstanding, she'd send multiple updates daily to keep me informed.

Cons

Initially I wasn't totally sure about what the role would involve but Lynne connected the dots for me when I couldn't see it myself and she was spot on.

What really stands out is how user friendly everything feels, it takes the complexity out of talent management processes. The platform covers the entire talent management lifecycle with comprehensive tools that actually encourage regular use. Integration capabilities are easy and work flawlessly with our existing systems.

Loading can be slow at times and I've noticed some features occasionally stop working, though it's not a constant issue.
