“Helpful monitoring with proactive support
Pros
The "Who's working now" feature has been very helpful for monitoring our crew schedules and whereabouts.
Cons
The customer service team is always available but I'd prefer having more control over when conversations start rather than them reaching out first.

Cons
the only downside is needing a pro subscription just to assign job codes to specific jobs.

Pros
Everyone's hours are displayed right on the calendar which makes scheduling so much easier to visualize.
Cons
Can't adjust employee hours directly in the mobile app so have to switch to the website every time which is really inconvenient.

UI is very attractive and clean & the GPS tracking features send helpful notifications so I can verify my team's locations match their reported whereabouts.
Cons
Lack of built-in payroll and onboarding features is disappointing and would save time if these were integrated directly into the system.

Pros
What I love is being able to see who's on the clock and their location at any given time. Plus, I can access all this information from anywhere even checked it while I was vacationing in Mexico.
Cons

“Simple after a tough setup
Pros
Setup took some effort initially but once I got everything configured, it became really simple to use and work with.
Cons
The lack of an accountant login is frustrating and this really should be a standard feature for bookkeepers. Since I'm already paying for my employees' access, I shouldn't have to cover costs for my outsourced accounting team too.

I appreciate how this keeps the whole team accountable and transparent. Scheduling has become smooth and easy. Being able to see profitability from job to job and task to task is invaluable. The direct payroll integration saves me from constantly hunting down hours. Plus, going paperless means no more printing timesheets which is great for the environment.
Cons
It doesn't automatically clock you out when you leave the geo-fenced area after being away for a while, which can be frustrating.

This tool has completely eliminated our mobile timekeeping headaches. We've tested other solutions before, but nothing comes close to what this offers. The technology, available features and user-friendly interface create a perfect situation for everyone involved. Pros
Offline sync feature has been a game changer for us since our crew often works in areas with poor cell coverage. When there's no signal, everything still gets tracked automatically and syncs up later - saves so much trouble. Another thing I really appreciate is how workers can add new jobs or tasks on the fly when I haven't had time to set them up beforehand. The admin controls let me decide what they can modify which gives me the flexibility I need without losing oversight.

The GPS can be unreliable at times and doesnt always give accurate directions.

We've tried various methods to monitor our drivers and this has been our top solution. Since our team consists of driving school instructors, they can clock in using their phones while we track their routes and solving two problems without needing additional software or vehicle tracking devices. Our accountant loves that it syncs easily with Quickbooks Online, so now the responsibility falls on employees to clock in punctually.
Cons
Sometimes I need to remind drivers to sync their data but that's really the only minor thing I can think of.

I'm really impressed with how simple this is to use and the instant access to data! No more waiting around for paper timecards to trickle in the next week just to see what hours everyone worked. Being able to check where the team is and track daily job hours in real-time has been a game changer. The best part is how interactive it feels & not a single crew member has pushed back on switching over.
Cons
The GPS timestamps could be more transparent so they adjust to rounded times instead of showing the actual ping times. Would be helpful to see both the original GPS time and any adjustments I make especially to catch if someone's gaming the rounding system by clocking in late. It's a minor gripe though, since paper timecards never gave us this level of detail anyway.
