Eliminated our timecard hassle

Pros

What I really appreciate is how easy this is even folks who aren't tech-savvy can get up and running after just a brief training session. It's completely eliminated the hassle our team used to face with weekly timecards. Now we can easily monitor hours for every specific job, whether the work's happening in the shop or out in the field.

Cons

Its hard to find any real downsides, everything runs smoothly and the interface is really easyy to use.

Essential for field crew management

Pros

I discovered this after extensive research and couldn't be happier. Tracking my field crew's location has become essential for our operations. Having everyone clock in and out through their smartphones makes everything so much more convenient. Being able to review, edit and print timesheets saves me tons of time and money.

Cons

I get frustrated when I hover over a job and only see the title. I need to see the customer's info like their address and phone number without having to click into it every time.

A payroll lifesaver

Pros

Processing payroll has become much simpler since I started using this tool. The automatic hour tracking means I don't have to enter everything manually which saves me a ton of time.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind that bothers me about it. This tool has been a real lifesaver for our operations.

Simplified daily approvals

Pros

I love the new daily approval button for timesheets and being able to approve each person's time on a daily basis has made the whole process so much simpler and more efficient.

Cons

It would be nice if it could sync time entries between people automatically instead of having to manually input everything when someone forgets to clock in properly.

A supportive transition

Pros

The support team has been very helpful and knowledgeable during our transition to the system.

Cons

Battery life takes a hit and some team members weren't comfortable with how closely it tracks location at first. We managed to adjust the settings to reduce the constant location pinging, which helped address most of the privacy concerns people had.

Simple with a reminder wish

Pros

I find it simple to use, and it's great that I can get to it from my phone no matter where I am.

Cons

It would be really helpful for me if an alarm could remind me to clock back in after my lunch break.

Easy scheduling, unreliable gps

Pros

Very easy for building schedules and keeping track of employee timesheets day-to-day. The weekly and monthly reporting features are handy too. My team picked it up quickly without much training needed.

Cons

The fact that tracking time off costs extra really bothers me. Plus, the GPS tracking isn't very reliable and the location accuracy could definitely be better.

A single platform for everything

Pros

I love having everyone on a single platform where I can track schedules, book appointments and monitor team locations throughout the day. The note-sharing feature keeps communication smooth between me and my staff. What really stands out is being able to scan job documents that my team can access directly from the field and it's very helpful.

Cons

I really wish it had timestamps showing when appointments were first created or when notes got added. There's an alarm feature already but I'd love automatic reminders for upcoming appointments since my staff doesn't always have back-to-back bookings and appointment times vary daily.

Amazing support for a new owner

Pros

I'm pretty new to running a business and had zero experience with payroll before this. The software itself is simple to use but what really blew me away was the support team. Whether I reached out through chat or called them directly, they were incredibly helpful. They walked me through everything step by step and even went above and beyond to help me sort out a Quickbooks issue that wasn't even their responsibility. The level of service from this company has been nothing short of amazing.

Cons

Honestly, I have no complaints. I think this platform is great just the way it is.

Interactive but overly nagging

Pros

The interface is incredibly interactive and I picked it up quickly without much of a effort.

Cons

The constant hourly reminders got really annoying, so I had to disable notifications entirely. Now my team keeps forgetting to clock out, which creates its own headache.

Seamless after some convincing

Pros

Really appreciate how amazing and easy is it to use. I tested another app a few years back and it was a nightmare. This one works seamlessly for me as an admin and my field team finds it just as simple to use.

Cons

Had to troubleshoot some mobile coverage issues initially, though we managed to sort them out. The bigger challenge was getting the team on board, convincing everyone to actually use it took some effort.

Powerful features, bland reports

Pros

how the GPS functionality works and the comprehensive reporting capabilities that give you insights from every angle.

Cons

The design isn't my favorite. I'd really prefer seeing reports displayed as charts and graphics instead of the current format.

Fantastic support with minor annoyances

Pros

The interface is incredibly clean and easy to use. Having mobile apps for both iOS and Android makes everything so convenient. Their support team is genuinely fantastic & you can tell they're passionate about what they've built, which really shows in how helpful they are. Setting up the Quickbooks integration was surprisingly quick and painless. I also appreciate that I can submit feature requests directly to my rep or through there social media channels.

Cons

I have to log back in every time I use the desktop version which gets pretty annoying. It would be nice if it could remember my last job assignment so I dont have to keep selecting it when clocking in. The "Who's Working Now" feature seems like its only meant for admins and would love to see a version that regular users can access too.

Powerful but pricey and limited

Pros

maintenance crew stays organized even though we're spread across different locations. Everyone's showing up on time now, and the labor hour calculations are spot-on. Holiday scheduling used to be a nightmare but that's completely sorted out. Being able to track where each team member is during work hours & whether it's right now or looking back at previous days has been very useful.

Cons

File uploads are pretty basic. I wish we could attach multiple photos or videos to each job and store them for later. Like when we visit a site, it would be great to save 30+ pictures for future reference. The employee reporting is lacking too. It doesnt show comments for things like "out of bounds" or late clock-ins and you can't pull reports that filter for just the days when someone was out of bounds. The pricing is way too high. We can't afford to put all our staff on the system and honestly the more employees you add, the cost per person should go down not stay the same. They really need to provide legal support for companies using this. Employees should sign electronic agreements giving permission for location tracking during clock-in and the app should automatically send copies to both parties. It took us forever to create our own agreements with each employee before we could implement it. One major missing feature is driving distance calculations, we really need this for gas reimbursement purposes.

Outstanding flexibility with setup hurdles

Pros

The platform's flexibility is outstanding and you can customize it to fit exactly what your business needs without any unnecessary bloat. Customer support has been incredible too, way more responsive than any other solution we looked at.

Cons

Setting up new employees takes longer than it should since there aren't permission templates to speed things up. Also, I can't edit my timesheet directly from the time clock page even though I have the right permissions for it.

Paperwork reduced, planner needed

Pros

Cuts down on paperwork significantly so I barely touch physical documents anymore.

Front-line staff love it

Pros

The front-line staff genuinely gets excited about using this and they find it simple and user-friendly.

Cons
