Pros
It makes my life so much easier and saves money thanks to accurate time tracking, no more manual entry! Reviewing timesheets is also very easy and making changes when necessary is simple.
Cons

“A game-changing payroll solution”
Pros
After trying numerous time tracking apps, I finally discovered this one and it's been a game-changer. The accuracy is spot-on and my team finds it easy to use. What I really appreciate is how managers can see exactly where everyone is located, plus their clock-in and clock-out times in real time. The flexibility is fantastic and you can pull basic reports or dive deep into detailed analytics, making it perfect whether your a small business like mine or a larger operation. Customer support has been amazing too, they respond quickly and genuinely listen to feedback for product improvements. This is hands down the best payroll tracking solution I've encountered and I'd definitely reccommend giving it a try.
Cons
The price point is higher than some alternatives, though you definitely get value for what you spend. I'd love to see more customization options in the reporting features but I understand they're developing improvements for future releases.

“Accurate but slightly delayed”
Pros
Really love how it keeps a permanent, accurate record of time spent at each job site. Without this tool, figuring out hours per project would be either a paperwork nightmare or pure guesswork, probably both.
Cons
Being new to this, I notice the syncing could be faster and when I add a job, there's a delay before it appears which is frustrating. The reporting feature also feels limited since I can only create job records for about a month at a time but I'd prefer the flexibility to choose any time period I want. Maybe I'll figure out workarounds as I get more familiar with it.

Pros
The ability to log time and tasks with cost codes in one submission is fantastic. Switching between different entries on the fly makes tracking much more accurate and keeps everything current.
Cons
I wish the Time Off management had better functionality. It's annoying that I have to submit separate requests when I want Friday and the following Monday off and it wont split across weekends.

Flexible tool! it really adapts to what our company needs. The support team was fantastic when we were setting up the QuickBooks integration, which made a huge difference. Now that everything's running, it's incredibly smooth and my team actually enjoys using it instead of complaining about it.
Cons
Had one team member mention the GPS feature was draining their phone battery quickly. Though I'm not really sure that's something the software can control much.

It has been fantastic for my small painting business. The guys always have their schedule right at their fingertips, I can easily upload job details and photos, plus I'm able to track exactly where everyone is clocking in from.
Cons
The admin mobile app feels limited and I wish I could edit more things directly from my phone instead of having to switch to desktop for certain tasks.

The scheduling feature is really amazing and we're happy with how user-friendly the app is for both our admin team and the crew working in the field.
Cons
Managing jobs for existing customers is pretty frustrating, you have to create them separately based on addresses or work orders which eats up a lot of time. New customers automatically sync to jobs but existing ones dont get that same convenience. It would be amazing if this feature worked for new work orders or estimates too especially since we use QuickBooks 2019. The export process for timesheets and job integration gets really complicated when dealing with existing customers who have multiple addresses, particularly property management companies.

Pros
Clock Shark makes managing multiple jobs very easy. I can input all the job details and addresses and my team can easily access everything they need including map directions right from the app.
Cons
Can't invite team members through SMS, only email works for registration which is limiting.

“Useful but needs deeper tracking”
Pros
Being able to track employee hours digitally instead of dealing with paper timesheets has been very useful. I really appreciate how I can instantly see which jobs my team members are currently clocked into. The reporting features are quite helpful too, though I'd love to see more customization options available.
Cons
While the app tracks employee locations every 15 minutes throughout the workday, admins can only see where people clocked in and out, not their real-time whereabouts. Someone could clock in at 8am, disappear for five hours, return for three hours of work and clock out at 4pm without anyone knowing unless you manually review their timecard later through GPSTrak. You get notifications for clocking in/out outside geofence boundaries but nothing for activity in between. Customer support responds quickly and helps out but simple productivity suggestions dont get implemented in a timely manner (or sometimes at all). Reports need to be way more efficient and customizable and the job details report lets you include notes but not photos and there's no other way to pull together photos from a specific job. Want to show a client progress photos your employees uploaded? Good luck, unless you want someone manually downloading every single photo from every worker on that project.

Pros
I really like how this tracks when and where remote team members are working & it's made a huge difference in streamlining our day-to-day operations.
Cons
Managing completed jobs becomes a real headache since there's no archive option available. You can disable jobs to hide them from employees but with our high volume, the administrative side gets cluttered fast after just a few months of operation.
