Allows quick access but has minor bugs

Pros

How quickly I can access the information I need. The learning curve is minimal and picked it up without any issue. There's an impressive range of features available that cover most of what I need for daily operations.

Cons

Mobile app has a few bugs that pop up occasionally, but thats really the only issue I've encountered.

Easy setup and great service

Pros

Setting this up was easy for management and my employees picked it up quickly even the owner who usually struggles with technology is using it without issues. We started getting valuable data and visibility within just a few days. The customer service team has been fantastic to work with. Really great solution overall.

Cons

Still in the early stages of implementation, so I haven't come across any real issues yet. We haven't connected it to QuickBooks either, so I can't speak to any potential problems there.

Automated but needs smarter alerts

Pros

It automatically handles time tracking when employees arrive at job sites and clocks them out if they step outside the GPS boundaries we've set up for each project.

Cons

I wish it would send a text alert to admins when employees leave the premises, asking whether to keep them clocked in for errands or if they left without permission.

scheduling and reporting powerhouse

Pros

I appreciate how easy scheduling has become and my team loves that we can store complete job details including photos all in one place. Being able to generate job reports and various other useful reports quickly is fantastic since it helps me stay on top of our budget management.

Cons

The GPS tracking drains battery like crazy since it runs all day, so I just turn that off. Two main issues I've noticed and the mobile app needs manual syncing to update jobs, tasks and timesheets which gets annoying even though it's simple. For something that's supposed to be real-time, automatic syncing would be much better. Also having a mobile version for administrators would really help.

Intuitive, well-supported platform

Pros

The interface is clean and friendly whether youre a longtime user or just starting out, everything feels logical and you can figure things out as you go. For the more advanced features that might not be as obvious to newcomers, the help section breaks everything down really well. The support team is fantastic and they're knowledgeable, passionate about what they do and respond quickly when you run into issues. I recently reported a bug through the chat feature after an update and they kept me in the loop throughout the entire process until it was fixed within just a few days.

Cons

Main issue I run into is occasional freezing, especially when I'm working on scheduling tasks. Sometimes the system gets stuck and I'll watch that spinning wheel for a couple minutes or worse, the page won't load at all and I have to start fresh.

versatile timesheet solution

Pros

What I really appreciate is how this works as a timesheet solution for both our field crew and shop workers. Haven't had enough data yet to fully utilize the reporting features but I'm excited to see how the cost analysis will work out. The team loves being able to snap photos while clocked in and attach them to jobs for later reference.

Cons

The Xero integration feels limited since I can't add more pay codes or link to tasks. Better integration was supposed to reduce payroll time, which was a major selling point for us. It would be helpful to set pay weeks and schedule weeks on different timeframes. Our pay week runs Thursday to Wednesday, but scheduling is much easier Monday-Sunday. I know this can be done manually but an automatic setting would be nice. The kiosk's home screen should display local temperatures in Celsius.

QuickBooks integration is flawless

Pros

It smoothly integrates with our QuickBooks accounting software. It's been a time-saver when we're running payroll and tracking employee hours to specific jobs has become much more streamlined.

Cons

Scheduling could use better options when you need to assign staff to projects that run across several days.

Smooth but could be better

Pros

The navigation is really smooth both on my desktop for admin tasks and when our field staff use it on their phones - everyone finds it easy to get around once they're logged in.

Cons

There are some design features I'd like to see added but I can easily work around that since the website is easy to use.

Awesome support makes it worth it!

Pros

We've been using this for a few months and I am really impressed with the customer support & they actually call to check how we're doing with the app and website. Being able to see all our work at a glance is very helpful and flexible. The color scheme makes everything easy to read too.

Cons

The cost can be a bit much to handle. There's similar software out there that's free, but I think the price is worth it for the customer support, reliability and features you get. Our company runs payroll from the 1st-15th and then 16th to month-end, so it would be great to have this as a viewing option in the mobile app. Would also love to see total hours worked for custom date ranges on mobile. Like I mentioned on our call, a report showing an employee's total hours on one page, broken down by job with totals at the bottom and would be really helpful.

helpful for staff notes and time adjustments

Pros

I like how staff can add notes when they clock in. It's really helpful for tracking when someone's running late and I can adjust their hours directly without needing face-to-face meetings.

Cons

At first, I had some trouble with the notifications not working. It took a few emails with customer service before they finally fixed it for me.

game-changer for payroll and usability

Pros

Amazing interface even for team members who aren't tech-savvy at all. Our payroll department has become much more efficient since implementing this and they're thrilled with how seamlessly it integrates with our existing payroll system. We've already saved thousands of dollars in just a few months of use.

Cons

I wish the departments feature could be tied to task tracking. Since we're a construction company with multiple divisions, it would be perfect if we could use departments to represent those divisions when clocking into specific tasks.

Efficient and fast reports

Pros

10/10 for ease of use & location tracking

Pros

Really appreciate how simple is it to use, plus the reporting feature is super fast when I need data quickly. Being able to monitor where my team members are throughout the day has been very helpful for managing workflow.

Cons

If someone forgets to clock in, I'm stuck waiting until the end of the day to fix their timesheet since the system requires both in and out times to make any adjustments.

Pros

I love being able to have my team clock in through their phones and I always know exactly where my crews are located.

Cons

A simple time tracker

Pros

Our field team got the hang of it instantly, the interface is so straightforward they barely needed any training.

Cons

Can't approve timesheets which is frustrating and the navigation could definitely be better. Like when your editing time entries, there's no way to jump to the next day and you can only go to the next week which is annoying.

Refreshingly easy to administer

Pros

Handling the administrative tasks is refreshingly simple and easy. You don't need any special training or have to spend hours figuring it out.

Cons

The GPS tracking didn't go over well with everyone, even though it clearly explains you're only monitored when clocked in.

Simple job costing saves time

Pros

I like how simple job costing becomes with this system. Clocking in is simple for my crew members and it gives me the accountability I need to track everyone's time properly. Payroll processing has become so much smoother & it saves me hours every week.

Very easy to use

Pros

Finding jobs and tasks to clock into is really simple. Switching between jobs and taking lunch breaks feels seamless and adding notes or photos to each job is quick and easy.

Cons

Sage integration is a lifesaver

Pros

One of the features I value most is the flawless integration with Sage, our accounting software. This direct connection has completely aligned our process for logging employee hours, making it significantly faster and more efficient than our old method.

Cons

It took me forever to figure out how to create new timesheets and go through all the job selections. With our massive list of jobs and even more codes to choose from, finding the right ones feels like searching for a needle in a haystack every time.
