Cons

“Great for our mobile business!!
Pros
Sheduling communication features are fantastic for our mobile catering business. Since we dont always see our staff face-to-face, being able to send all the event details and shift information through the platform keeps everyone informed and prepared for successful service.
Cons
It would be a big help if we could add files to shift notes, not only to jobs. I also want to say that I appreciate how they have added most of the features we've requested.

Pros
The app's simplicity really works well for our technicians. Running various reports has been fantastic and this platform gives us exactly what we need to manage employee time and scheduling effectively.
Cons
The only minor improvements I'd suggest are already being worked on by the team. They're really responsive to customer feedback and constantly updating things to stay competitive.

“Perfect for remote time tracking!
Pros
I can track my time from anywhere using any device, which is perfect since I work remotely most days. No more standing around waiting to punch in or out, everything happens instantly on my phone or laptop.
Cons
The GPS functionality causes problems and it randomly clocks me out during work hours without any warning. Since only admins can fix time adjustments, I have to constantly monitor my hours throughout the day.

Pros
Its very simple to get hang of and it's handy for monitoring staff schedules and hours.
Cons
Some employees aren't comfortable installing work apps on personal devices, so we ended up purchasing company phones for them. People also tend to forget clocking in and out pretty frequently.

“Poor search and unreliable routing
Pros
Whether I'm at my desk or using my phone, it's simple to see where everyone is working in the field. I really appreciate being able to track my technicians locations through the GPS feature.
Cons
The search functionality is pretty weak when I need to dig up old job details like figuring out when someone worked on a specific project. I end up having to scroll through the calendar manually to find what I'm looking for. I've run into some issues with the map routing feature too. Some of the problems seem to come from how data gets entered but others are harder to pin down and troubleshoot.

Pros
I really appreciate having visibility into who's handling which client projects and where our team is investing the most time. The interface is clean and the mobile app works smoothly.
Cons
One thing that bugs me is I can only put in what we pay employees, not what we charge clients. I dont bill hourly anyway but it would be nice to track if I'm meeting targets for each client.

Mobile app is really easy to use and makes everything accessible on the go. I love how easy it is to edit employee time cards & there's hardly any learning curve involved. What saves me the most time is that the most frequently used job details are set as defaults, so clocking in happens quickly without extra steps.
Cons
The staffing agency handling our payroll needs us to have a section where employees can confirm they were offered their daily breaks, adding this feature would really help us out. Real-time editing would be great since we currently have to wait until the next day to fix any mistakes. Also wondering if there's a way to track mileage for our team members.

Pros
I barely need to train my team since most people pick it up after just one training. Everything feels natural to use and users seem comfortable with the layout right away.
Cons
Getting used to real-time tracking instead of remembering everything at week's end takes some adjustment. While our accuracy has improved dramatically, the initial transition was pretty rough for everyone.

Everything is user friendly and setting it up and running it doesn't require any IT background or costly tech equipment, so anyone can jump right in. Our team has wildly different comfort levels with technology but everyone finds it easy to use without any trouble.
Cons
Initially, the team was hesitant and had some negative feelings about adopting the new system but that resistance has completely faded and everyone's using it regularly now.

I can generate multiple reports tailored to different purposes. One report works perfectly for payroll entry, while another handles invoicing, making each task more focused and comprehensive. The initial setup was easy and navigation remains simple even with continued use.
Cons
Sometimes our guys forget to add proper notes before clocking out and there's no way for them to edit those notes afterward without also being able to change their time entries. I'd really like the ability to assign employee numbers similar to how job numbers work and it would be great if employees could go back and update their notes after clocking out without having access to modify their actual time records.

it lets me monitor my team's location and confirm their clock-in times using GPS tracking and this feature has really cut down on our expenses!
Cons
GPS tracking isn't always accurate & sometimes it shows technicians on the next street over when they're actually at the right location. I'd really like to see more frequent GPS tracking updates throughout the day. Also, there's an issue with how travel time gets handled in the payroll integration. We need to separate travel time from regular hourly wages but everything gets exported to QuickBooks as standard wages instead of being categorized as travel pay.

I appreciate that I can track my team's locations during their shifts and see where they've been throughout the day. The app works well for everyone on staff, regardless of their tech skills. Running reports is simple and helpful.
Cons
The mobile app doesn't let me add jobs with all the details I can on the website and can't even set up geofencing which we really need. The app sometimes logs our Android users out randomly and they have to clock back in. Also, notifications are pretty unreliable and don't always show up for the team.
