“Excellent support, occasional confusion

Pros

ease of use really stands out and customer support has been excellent. We rely on this daily to track employee locations and hours at work.

Cons

Support is helpful when we run into issues but I wish some features were more easy to figure out on our own.

The staff really goes above and beyond when you run into issues.

Cons

Customer support isn't available on weekends when you need help most. The notification system only alerts you every fifteen minutes, which can be frustrating when you're waiting for updates.

Payroll automation feature has been a game changer for us. We used to rely on paper time cards that were nearly impossible to decipher, so this has saved us countless hours of frustration.

Interface is really easy and the support team is fantastic and they're available almost all the time when I need help. Plus exporting data to QuickBooks is smooth too.

Since our company operates on fee-based jobs rather than hourly work, I have to manually adjust timesheets before they can be exported to QuickBooks.

GPS tracking works really well and the interface is pretty easy too use. Their customer service team has been fantastic whenever I've needed help.

One of the best features for me is being able to monitor how much time employees spend each day. This prevents payment discrepancies and fosters a positive work environment. Plus, it helps manage basic tasks performed by employees.

Cons

I find this software great for controlling times for people in high positions or small companies. However, it is not feasible for larger groups due to the costs. It would be beneficial to have a subscription plan for a group of 10 or 20 people.

I can not think of any cons because we only use it for a time clock for our drivers to stay in compliance with state DOT guidelines.

ClockShark is a fantastic time-tracking tool. After encountering several issues with another software, we switched to ClockShark. Adding jobs, tasks, and workers is straightforward, and it ensures employees report to the correct time and location.

Cons

The only issue I ave encountered with Clockshark is that sometimes, after adding jobs on the desktop, they do not show up in my employees' apps immediately. It takes a little while to refresh. Other than that, it seems complete.
