Adding someone to Eddy Software is a trouble free task! We also like the flexibility it offers to set different PTO/Sick Time levels. Furthermore, adjusting missed or incorrect time punches is pretty easy.
Cons
While adjusting someone's punches is simple, it can only be done after the employee clocks out, which is a bit complicated. In my previous system, I could adjust 401K contributions and benefits elections directly, but now, I have to email my EddyHR representative to make these changes. While she is helpful and responsive, it adds extra steps that I wish I could handle myself.
