The payroll functionality is something I really like.

It would be great to have the ability to customize forms within Eddy.

I don't have any major dislikes about Eddy. It works wonderfully. While I don't use it daily, it's great to know where to go when I need a document or have a task to complete.

Eddy is efficient and accomplishes essential tasks at a lower cost compared to other systems.

The reporting can be challenging and doesn't always deliver the data we want in the desired format. It also doesn't handle rehires effectively, as it overwrites their previous work data, resulting in data loss.
