What is EddyHR?

EddyHR is a web-based all-in-one HR software, which is suitable for any small to medium-sized business that has less than one thousand employees. This tool is used for hiring, onboarding, and managing employees.

This HR tool provides features like an applicant tracking system (ATS), onboarding, people management, document storage, paid-time-off (PTO), payroll, and time tracking.

The applicant tracking system helps streamline the hiring process, automate candidate communication, and track applicant progress. EddyHR has digitalized the onboarding process, such as sending customizable welcome messages and assigning tasks to the new hire. The new hire can also complete the onboarding paperwork with electronic signatures.

The people management tool consists of an employee directory, which has all the details of each employee. All the documents are stored on the cloud, making things secure and efficient. With the help of the PTO tool that EddyHR provides, one can tailor their PTO plans according to their company requirements.

Incredible team and perfect features

Pros

The team behind this software is incredible, they pick up the phone every time and get back to emails super fast. They were already solid when they worked with ADP but now they're even better. I'm really impressed with the reporting features and the time off request system plus calendar integration work perfectly for our needs.

Cons

Nothing stands out as problematic so far.

solves all my HR needs

Pros

Makes all my HR headaches disappear. Eventually I'll probably need to bring someone in-house but right now I just pay for this service and it handles everything perfectly.

Cons

The interface could use some updates to feel more modern and user-friendly.

Outstanding and approachable customer service

Pros

The customer service here has been outstanding from day one. Everyone I've worked with is friendly and professional but also really approachable which makes a huge difference when you're trying to figure things out. The team knows their stuff inside and out, whether we're talking technical issues or business questions about navigating the platform and getting onboarded. They're confident in what they do but never make you feel like you're asking dumb questions. It really feels like they're invested in your success and have your back when challenges come up. Having that kind of support makes all the difference.

Cons

It would be great if I could customize the interface to hide features I don't use like payroll and hours tracking since they're not relevant to my business needs.
