“Applicants don't get confused
Pros
People applying don't get confused which is huge and hooking up all the different job boards just works.
Cons
Some of the menus and buttons don't really make sense at first. And printing job postings should be way simpler than it is. Building out applications is also not obvious, especially having to create all the job questions completely separate from everything else.

Pros
Most of the time it's pretty friendly to use and the support team is legit excellent.
Cons
When applicants apply to multiple jobs it'd be nice if their whole profile followed them including stuff the admin uploaded for them. Right now it doesn't.

You can pick this up fast without anyone holding your hand. And there's a ton of room to tweak things to fit how you work.
Cons
I really wish there was a direct connection to LinkedIn. That's such an obvious miss.

“applicants organized and multi-board is a blast
Pros
Having all our applicants flow in organized instead of scattered everywhere has been great. Plus being able to blast openings out to multiple job boards at once saves so much time.
Cons
The only bad thing I can say is I don't get to use it more, but that's just because we're not hiring at the moment.

“Hiring managers love the simplicity
Pros
The hiring managers at my company love how simple this is for them. And the fact that it actually works on phones makes everyone's life easier.
Cons
When we disqualify someone, I wish an automatic "thanks but no thanks" email would fire off. Right now, the second a hiring manager marks someone as disqualified, that candidate just vanishes into thin air and nobody ever thinks about them again.

You can just use this thing without thinking too hard. All the categories make sense and jumping from the main application screen into any detail screen takes one click.

You don't need a manual for this. It's just easy.
Cons
We had to pay extra just to add the OFCCP compliance piece. Felt like nickel and diming.
