Pros
Moving into the platform has been very easy and it has helped me save a lot of time. The features we value most are the orientation package and the hiring workflow especially recruitment and AI interviews. The switch over went very well and the customer success support has been excellent. John has guided us through every step along the way.
Cons

“Interview scheduling solution”
Pros
Centralizing everything in one place cuts out the back-and-forth calls and the need to jump between different recruiting platforms. Scheduling interviews is very quick and simple and the automated reminders are a big help for reducing no-shows. Customer support has also been really helpful and responds fast.
Cons
The candidate quality is not always at the level we need and sometimes applicants are located too far away from our site.

Pros
With everything tied together in one place, the onboarding process feels much smoother overall. It keeps things efficient, cuts down on paper since documents are stored electronically and makes records simple to access when needed. The E-Verify and WOTC integrations are especially useful because it feels like working across three different sites with just one login which makes completing each step much more convenient. That setup is incredibly helpful for onboarding new hires because I can finish the E-Verify portion quickly and move on to other responsibilities without bouncing between multiple websites. Customer service has also been excellent and I always get amazing support regardless of the issue which makes the overall experience even better. The initial setup went well too, with no problems at all so the system feels very user-friendly.
Cons
One thing I do not really care for is that information from the I-9 used to automatically prefill the E-Verify section but now the same details have to be entered twice. On top of that, my IT profile keeps copying anything I type into List B over into the List C fields and we still have not been able to figure out why especially since it does not happen to anyone else.

The candidate ranking has been one of the most valuable parts for our team because it consistently highlights the people who match our company's needs best. Even with our fairly complex organizational setup, different departments and varied hiring requirements, it was still very easy to put in place and start using. On top of that, the support team has been incredibly helpful whenever we've needed assistance.
Cons
There isn't much to complain about. Whenever an issue comes up, the support team responds quickly and helps us get it resolved without much trouble.

Working with this platform has made a big difference in how I manage job advertising across the other platforms we rely on. It's simple to use, very simple and has really aligned the whole process of finding applicants, screening them, getting them to actually show up for interviews and filtering out the ones who clearly won't be a fit for our workforce. The customer service has also been excellent. Anytime I've had a question, I've gotten a response very quickly. I end up using it two or three times a week, depending on the season.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of anything I'd change. It's been a major improvement for me and has made communication much more convenient.

Pros
Using this has been really easy. I especially appreciate that it sends reminders to interviewees both 24 hours before and again 1 hour before the scheduled interview which helps a lot. Our Solutions Specialist has also been very responsive and always willing to assist with anything that comes up. The pricing was very reasonable compared with other platforms as well. On top of that, it's been simple to train our store-level managers to use and boosting job postings is also very convenient.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about. Any issues we've run into have been resolved quickly and professionally.

We began using HigherMe while struggling to attract new candidates and within a month, we saw a more than 500% increase in applications. The software is user-friendly, highly customizable and offers excellent value for money. Although we have not yet used the paperless onboarding feature, we are very pleased with the softwares performance so far.
Cons
It would be beneficial if we could eliminate the time availability block for certain roles and have the option to tailor the FitScore criteria according to the factors we choose.

Pros
The ease of use on desktop, laptop and mobile devices is impressive. I can schedule interviews and manage the recruitment process without a hassle. Also the softwares ability to integrate with numerous job boards has been a real game changer for me. I am very impressed with how it has streamlined my workflow!
Cons
This might be due to my limited experience with the platform, as I have only been using it for a month, but I have not found a way to block out interviews properly. For instance, I want to prevent changes to scheduled interviews on the day of but I sometimes miss updates since I silence notifications during interviews.
