sourcing focused platform

Pros

Team clearly spent significant time working with sourcers and recruiters during development. I can tell this platform was designed specifically for sourcing from the ground up.

Cons

I wish there were more disposition options beyond just "move to next step" or "not a fit", feels pretty limiting.

Collaborative expert webinars

Pros

One thing I really value about this platform is how it delivers exactly what it promises and the support team is always ready to help when I need them. What really excites me are Nin Tran's webinars, she brings in recruiting experts who share tips and processes, making the whole experience collaborative and genuinely enjoyable.

Cons

Pricing doesn't really work for my needs, I'm paying for 6K email finds annually but have only used around 2K over two years which feels wasteful. Also wish they'd stop badmouthing LinkedIn Recruiter since I've had great success billing with LIR and some integration there would be helpful.

multi location contact search

Pros

What I appreciate is how it searches several locations at once. Plus it pulls great contact details for prospects which saves me from having to hunt that information down myself.

Cons

Learning curve felt pretty steep initially but I picked it up fairly quickly once I got going.

Centralized candidate dashboard

Pros

I've been in recruiting for over 18 years and it's refreshing to see a system that brings all candidate information together in one convenient dashboard. The AI matching algorithm performs well about 90% of the time, there are occasional hiccups but nothing major to worry about.

Cons

Yearly license cost is pretty steep for me, even though it's lower than LIR pricing. Sure, it pays for itself after just one placement but that upfront amount is tough to swallow for me. A monthly payment option with an annual commitment would definately make it easier for more people to jump on board.

aI-powered connections

Pros

The AI functionality really helps me continuously find and connect with new candidates as a sourcer. What I appreciate most is being able to train the model, the results actually get better the more I use it. The platform has developed into a comprehensive, well rounded solution.

Cons

Data mostly covers people I can already find on LinkedIn. This works fine if you're okay with the extra context layer going beyond what someone actually shares on their LinkedIn profile.

Pros

I can quickly source tons of candidates with all their contact details and set up email campaigns without any hassle.

Cons

direct contact advantage

Pros

Having direct contact details at my fingertips makes a big difference, I don't have to rely only on LinkedIn to reach candidates. The Talent Insights feature is a nice bonus too, giving me a quick snapshot of talent pools, skills and locations when scoping new positions.

Cons

Pricing model doesn't really work for our mixed team, we've got dedicated recruiters who use it constantly but also HR generalists who only recruit part time. It would be nice to have more flexible pricing tiers for those occasional users.

Pros

Contact information it provides is always current and accurate, phone numbers, email addresses, you name it. Plus the aI-powered search suggestions really simplify my sourcing process by recommending smart searches across LinkedIn, Github and other platforms.

This tool has been a massive time saver for me when it comes to sourcing candidates and tracking down contact details. The AI sourcing feature handles most of the grunt work for me. I really appreciate how it automatically schedules outreach, manages email sequences and tracks open rates plus replies. The project organization feature helps me stay on top of different roles and prioritize my outreach efforts effectively.

Cons

availability in certain EU and China markets can be hit or miss. I've also noticed some outdated profiles with broken LinkedIn links that I have to double check and update.

perfect for job description shortlisting

Pros

Candidate shortlisting feature based on job descriptions is fantastic and I love how the AI learns what I'm looking for to find additional prospects. This saves me tons of time and really improves my productivity as a recruiter. The extended search capabilities are another huge plus, it opens up possibilities way beyond what regular searches can deliver.

Cons

advanced filters could really use some work, being able to filter candidates by work authorization would save me tons of time. Also, phone numbers are missing for way too many candidates which makes outreach pretty frustrating. If they could partner with other data providers to fill in those gaps, it would make a huge difference in my workflow.

Pros

With HireEZ, I can create initial candidate lists in a fraction of the time which in the past used to take a lot of time when done manually. This gives me more time to focus on deeper analysis and generating valuable insights for my clients.

Cons

I could get too comfortable and stop exploring new tools. While it is great, I remind myself to keep evaluating it to stay objective.

Pros

The support is excellent. Lead does a fantastic job organizing webinars that are both informative and actionable.

Cons

I did love to see more flexible pricing for the email discovery tool. LinkedIn Recruiter is a must for me, so I did like to see HireEZ and LIR work together somehow.

A must have tool for sourcing oriented recruiters

Pros

I can quickly find emails and they're accurate 99% of the time which saves me time and helping me meet my KPIs efficiently. I can also assess compensation ranges, which is important since I am constantly working in new markets.

Cons

Since GDPR regulations started, revealing contacts takes longer (about a minute compared to a second before). As a global recruiter, I notice big differences in finding candidate emails across different regions, with some being less accessible. Also, its a bit expensive and lacks a package option for multiple recruiters within a company.

Pros

HireEZ makes finding candidates easy, whether you are a junior recruiter learning Boolean or a senior recruiter exploring alternative channels like Meetup or GitHub. Its truly designed with recruiters in mind as it offers features that cover nearly every step of the talent pipeline process.
