Sourcing with HireEZ
Pros

HireEZ makes it simple for us to access a potential candidates contact details, including email and mobile numbers. This makes it much easier to follow up with passive candidates who may not regularly check their chat box. Setting up email sequences on HireEZ is also pretty easy and the timing is perfect for reaching out to potential candidates.

Cons

No complaints as I think HireEZ is one of the best sourcing tools I have used.

Pros

I found the platform very easy to use. The Chrome Extension worked perfectly as a companion for identifying passive talent on LinkedIn. The integration with my ATS is also pretty solid.

Cons

I encountered issues with the AI-generated data and matching email patterns. Often, the work emails were outdated by several years. For instance, one key contact had an email listed that was 8 years old from a company he left long ago.

HireEZ for Recruiting
Pros

I like that HireEZ sources candidates not only from online platforms like LinkedIn but also from places like CareerBuilder. I also like that HireEZ allows me to email candidates directly from the system, integrate with my own email and track clicks, opens and declines.

Cons

HireEZ is powerful but its complexity sometimes makes finding things difficult. It's more intuitive than other AI sourcing tools I've tried and the UI/UX is better, but I still believe improvements could make it more user-friendly and efficient.

The best tool for sourcing
Pros

I rely on HireEZ to find talent for my department, and it's the best tool I've used so far. My favorite feature is the Boolean builder and I also like how it provides accurate contact details which makes my job much easier.

Cons

I'm using the free version which has some functionality limitations, but I plan to advocate for an upgrade.

Love HireEZ for finding and engaging with top talent
Pros

HireEZ has become my go to tool for talent sourcing for many reasons. Its AI search capability reveals candidates I have not seen using other tools and its filters help me zero in on top prospects. It provides accurate email addresses, consistently rolls out useful features and their customer service is very fast and thorough. The ongoing training is excellent, I love the Chrome extension and the founders are very engaged with the TA community, always listening to our needs and evolving their platform.

Cons

I have no complaints. Whenever we suggest an improvement, HireEZ's team has been open to adding features, discussing workarounds or explaining why certain features can't or won't be added.

Easy to use - found good candidates
Pros

Its very easy to use, from searching and finding candidates to setting up projects and email campaigns. I like that HireEZ automates Boolean strings and lets us set up drip campaigns. The AI feature works well and when I received emails with "recommended profiles," a few candidates were spot-on. The service and support from the HireEZ team are excellent.

Cons

I did like to see improved metrics on bounced emails as well as clearer data on who opened the email and clicked links. Instead of just a scrolling list on the side of the dashboard, maybe a chart would be better. Also, setting up templates for drip campaigns is confusing. Either the second email repeats the first, or it is not intuitive how to create a new follow-up email since I couldn't find it.

Easy search and outreach platform
Pros

Setting up outreach sequences on this platform is pretty easy and highly intuitive. I also like how it provides a clear overview of tracking status, outreach templates and schedules. The sourcing feature is also well-designed and user-friendly, especially with its resume and job description parsing capabilities.

Cons

After using it a lot for various sourcing tasks, I can honestly say that the AI sourcing and automatic AI learning did not meet our expectations. It is not as intuitive as we initially hoped, so I often have to adjust the searches manually.

Pros

The AI sourcing is not only accurate, but it also provides insights that other tools I have used do not offer. It is easy to use and the customer and technical support are exceptional. HireEZ is innovative, with regular functional upgrades and its fairly priced compared to other talent sourcing tools. The account and sales reps are proactive and highly knowledgeable about the product. If you are on a budget and cannot afford multiple sourcing tools, HireEZ is your best investment as it consolidates those expensive platforms for you.

Cons

There are not many drawbacks with this product! Initially, it felt a bit like a beta version since it was new but over the last year, they have worked on those issues and are continuing to make a big impact in the AI sourcing space.

Pros

I love that I can keep all my candidates in one place. Staying organized is important in recruiting and having a single space for all my candidate notes has been a lifesaver. Plus, I can easily run internal and external searches to find candidates using AI. Any candidates from external job boards can be quickly imported and emailed in seconds. This tool saves me hours every day.

Cons

There is not much to dislike about this tool. Its fantastic! One thing I did love to see in the future is the ability to bulk upload resumes to already existing profiles. As of right now, you can only upload them individually.

A must have tool for sourcing oriented recruiters
Pros

I can quickly find emails and they're accurate 99% of the time which saves me time and helping me meet my KPIs efficiently. I can also assess compensation ranges, which is important since I am constantly working in new markets.

Cons

Since GDPR regulations started, revealing contacts takes longer (about a minute compared to a second before). As a global recruiter, I notice big differences in finding candidate emails across different regions, with some being less accessible. Also, its a bit expensive and lacks a package option for multiple recruiters within a company.

HireEZ has completely transformed how I recruit and source candidates. I no longer need to pay for a LinkedIn Recruiter license because the results and response rates through email far surpass what I got with LinkedIn. I can set up multiple personalized email messages for different projects, and they do not look like spam. The AI tool is excellent at identifying exactly what I am searching for.

Cons

Nothing at all. Initially, the integration with my ATS was not as smooth, but that issue has been resolved (whether it was on the ATS side or HireEZs side, I am not sure).

I have used the AI tool, Boolean builder and several other features. Overall, it is an excellent tool for recruiting at any level. Even though I have LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ blew me away by finding candidates who were not on LinkedIn and the contact information was accurate.

Cons

Like with any new software, I had to learn how it works to use it properly but this took less time than with other tools.

Pros

This tool is highly intuitive, offering my team insights that no other tool can. What I like the most is the AI sourcing function that handles much of the heavy lifting which allows us to focus on engaging and building relationships with candidates.
