Cons
aI search results could be better when I enter specific skills, job titles and keywords, it doesn't always pull up the most relevant matches. It's decent overall but there's definetly room for improvement in the accuracy.

I find the platform really easy to navigate and get into. Working with hiring managers on different projects flows smoothly and it's been great for our diversity hiring initiatives. sourcing has become way more simplified since I started using sequences to add candidates. Once I set up a sequence, I know follow-up messages will automatically go out without me having to remember. Plus including calendar links in emails makes it incredibly simple for people to book time directly on my schedule. The filtering options are fantastic, much more great than what LinkedIn offers. I can use diversity filters and industry specific ones like "Cloud services" or "Blockchain" which really helps narrow down searches. The Chrome and Lever integration is a game changer too. Importing candidates into our ATs couldn't be easier.
Cons
The estimated market value feature feels a bit off from what I'm seeing in the real market. Would be more helpful if it showed compensation ranges for specific areas like showing that account executives with this experience level in austin typically earn between X and Y rather than just one number.

HireEZ makes it simple for us to access a potential candidates contact details, including email and mobile numbers. This makes it much easier to follow up with passive candidates who may not regularly check their chat box. Setting up email sequences on HireEZ is also pretty easy and the timing is perfect for reaching out to potential candidates.

Interface is incredibly simple, I haven't had to reach out to customer support once in all my years using it. When I finally did need help with an account issue recently, Gladys was amazing, super responsive, quick and genuinely cared about solving my problem. The features are fantastic and the search results are completely different from LinkedIn's so I don't feel like I'm paying for the same thing twice.
Cons
Can't really think of any major downsides. While I don't dislike anything about it, having a built-in integration with Recruitee (our ATs) would be a nice addition.

From my perspective the interface is super simple and I love how the dashboard presents all the key information clearly. But honestly the email sequencing feature is what really sets this apart, it automatically stops sending follow ups once someone responds which saves so much time and prevents awkward over communication.
Cons
LinkedIn integration could be much smoother. Right now I have to export profiles or open them individually to upload to LinkedIn projects which creates duplicates and sometimes misses candidates entirely. It's pretty time consuming and frustrating when you're trying to manage bulk uploads.

I like being able to send emails directly to candidates through the system. The interface is easy and doesn't require much of a learning curve to get comfortable with.
Cons
Main issue I've noticed is that email accuracy can be pretty hit or miss. Some contacts have current addresses but others are stuck with outdated emails from previous jobs they held. Then there are cases where the emails are so far off that I question if they're even for the right person, maybe 95% incorrect.

I really appreciate being able to create sequences for outreach. The aI-powered candidate recommendations are fantastic and getting daily emails with suggested candidates saves me tons of time. What I find particularly useful is the option to specify exactly why a candidate isn't the right fit, whether it's their title, location or experience level. The diversity filter is a nice touch too. The search functionality goes way beyond basic filters, I can actually search by company type like unicorns or private companies which is incredibly helpful. There's also this rediscovered filter that helps me find candidates already in our ATs that I might have overlooked. Integration with Lever and LinkedIn was surprisingly smooth and easy. Being able to access candidate email addresses and phone numbers directly is a huge time saver and the "high availability" filter helps me focus on candidates who are actually looking to make a move.
Cons
Estimated market feature rarely provides useful insights since it's usually way off from actual market conditions. I wish I could view the messages I've sent to candidates right on their profile page instead of having to dig around for them.

I love that you only pay when you first uncover contact info, then can set up unlimited follow ups. My response rate jumped from 15-25% on other platforms to 35-55% here, thATs a huge improvement in my outreach success.
Cons
It would be really helpful for me if there was a way to verify that contact info is actually valid. There are some quirky search issues too like occasionally a title will slip through when it shouldn't but the team is pretty responsive when I give them feedback about these things.
