“Efficient recruiting with smart AI features”
Pros
This platform brings everything together in one place which has been a game changer for my recruitment process. My previous tools never connected with email or tracked candidate responses properly. The automated sequences are fantastic, they keep engaging prospects while I focus on filling the pipeline with new candidates. The filtering options are really great too especially the diversity features that help me build more inclusive candidate pools.
Cons
sometimes diversity function isn't 100% accurate, I'd say it gets it right about 8 out of 10 times but sometimes candidates who are clearly diverse get excluded or non diverse ones get included. The job title search function really needs improvement too. Many titles are excluded and doing a boolean search doesn't give the same results as using proper tags. This is extremely important for selling to technical recruiters and Ta leaders in my opinion. As someone who recruits for niche skill sets, finding the right candidates feels like searching for needles in a haystack. They should do deep dives into what job titles can be incorporated or create a space where recruiters can suggest titles themselves.

“poor tool for sales hiring”
Pros
automated email sequences and follow up features work fine for me.
Cons
The system doesn't let you differentiate between negative and positive responses which is frustrating. Most of the data feels really outdated and hardly anyone responds anyway. Non executives get annoyed by the direct email outreach, some contacts are work emails too! I've gotten some pretty harsh replies calling it unprofessional. The search function is terrible and doesn't work properly even with quotation marks. Sales reps just ignore these emails and stick to LinkedIn instead.

“simple Chrome extension workflow”
Pros
I love how the chrome extension works easily across different websites, being able to grab email addresses and launch sequences from anywhere makes my workflow so much smoother and is honestly the best feature.
Cons
High availability filter doesn't bring up nearly as many results compared to LinkedIn's "Open to Work" option. I don't get as many responses as I do on LinkedIn which is pretty disappointing.

Pros
search and screening features make finding prospects really simple and engaging with them feels natural. Being able to sync my email account and create automated sequences has really improveed my response rates, it's been a game changer for outreach.
Cons
While I can't think of much that needs fixing, there are occasional hiccups with incorrect email addresses or LinkedIn profiles showing up though I'm honestly surprised by how many accurate emails I actually get.

Cons
Occasionally the email bounce tracking isn't very accurate, I see way more bounces in my Outlook outbox than what shows up in my account. Pretty sure this is just a bug that needs fixing.

Pros
analytics really help me in exactly what kind of candidate I need. Plus the diversification capabilities are a huge advantage that makes sourcing much more effective.
Cons
I find myself spending tons of time adding candidates with contact info to projects and setting up sequences but when I actually send them out, only a handful of people recieve the messages. It's frustrating because you think you're reaching way more candidates than you actually are.

I appreciate having the option to narrow down candidates based on how long they've been in there current position.
Cons
Feature that annoys me that there's no way to remove company email addresses from the system. This creates a risk of accidentally sending messages to a candidate's current employer which can be pretty embarrassing and unprofessional.

The AI suggestions are incredibly helpful for me, no need to create those long, complex Boolean strings anymore and still get spot on results. I also really appreciate the email sequences feature and being able to track how well they're performing.
Cons

Integration with Lever works really well and I find it pretty easy to navigate and use.
Cons
I don't have many complaints about this platform. Most of the bugs I've run into have been fixed with updates. The main thing that bothers me is how the format section at the bottom of templates sometimes covers up the last line, making it hard to see what I'm working on.

Honestly I really appreciate all the filtering options available, they make it so much easier to narrow down search results and find exactly the candidates I'm looking for. The diversity filters are a nice touch and being able to bulk export saves me tons of time.
Cons
sourcing process gets slowed down by tons of profiles that are basically empty, just a name and job title with no contact info for reaching candidates. I think that is something they should fix.

The AI really nails finding the right contacts when other platforms come up short. Colleagues using different tools constantly ask for my help because this one actually delivers results where others fail completely.
Cons

Interface is really simple and easy to navigate. I get tons of personalized emails which is great for staying connected. The results are consistently high quality and exactly what I need. There's an impressive variety of filters to work with. Customer success team has been absolutely fantastic to work with.
Cons
I can't really complain about much. The only thing I'd change is adding the ability to filter by specific years of experience instead of having to use those preset buckets like 1-3 or 4-6 years, it would be nice to just select 1, 2, or 3 years individually.

I appreciate being able to filter candidates through numerous criteria like experience, education and skills. The email sequencing feature is particularly helpful and simplifies my workflow significantly.
Cons
The search filters can be pretty frustrating, I'll enter specific terms in the required fields but it keeps showing me candidates that either don't match what I typed or only partially match one of the criteria.

Feature I like is that how easy this platform is to navigate and the search results are really great quality. The contact details are thorough which makes outreach much easier for me. We've discovered tons of great candidates through it.
Cons
