Entirely paperless but requires patience.

Pros

I have been a long-time user and have seen Hubworks grow and improve everything in its system. Initially, it felt as if I was paying more for much fewer features than the competition. But my investment turned out to be great since I got an ultimately cheaper tracking software while they got genuine customer feedback to base their roadmap on. Hubworks has helped us eliminate paper completely and move on to digital scheduling software. Im glad to be a part of their journey and Im planning on staying a lot longer after this.

Cons

It still has a lot to improve and we routinely face problems with Hubworks. We required real-time labor tracking on a phone app, an event calendar linked and printed with a timetable, and customer service that was available and eager to transmit our comments to their development team in order to improve their product. The customer service is eager, however, the real-time tracking and event calendar is still a dream waiting to be fulfilled.

Most interesting tools for work management tasks in one

Pros

Simple to pick up and navigate, beneficial for management, and a secure option for data with a mobile app.

Cons

The interface is poorly designed and not worth the money. It's not suitable for inexperienced users, and there's no phone support available if needed.

Behind the times

Pros

I appreciated the software for transitioning me from a paper schedule to an electronic one, but I was disappointed when it turned out to have limited features at a time when technology was rapidly evolving. The company didn't invest in enhancing the product.

Cons

The software had limited features. We needed real-time labor monitoring on the phone app, an event calendar linked and printable with the schedule, and a customer support team willing to pass our suggestions to the developers to enhance the product. We received a lot of attention when we were exploring and signing up, but it vanished when we encountered issues like forecasting not syncing or when we had ideas to share.

Hubworks not suitable software for FDC

Pros

Before the CCSS transition on July 2, 2018, the software was seamless and easy. Unfortunately, they haven't upgraded to meet the new CCSS requirements.

Cons

After the CCSS upgrade, the software can't process parent payments, doesn't enroll children directly from the online enrollment form, leading to double data entry (which defeats the purpose of online enrollment), and the customer service is terrible. The escalations team fails to provide clear answers, insists everything is working fine, and when pressed, admits they have no plans to fix the issues. It's a huge waste of time and money, do not buy this software.

Pros

We're a small insurance firm, and we've been using this software to manage our producers' workflow and tasks. It's been incredibly useful!

Cons

At first, it was a bit challenging to get the managers on board with using the software, but once they realized how simple it was, they were fine with it!

GREAT SCHEDULER!!!

Pros

The app is intuitive and essential for small businesses. It eliminates the hassle of sticky notes cluttering your desk with time-off requests. Employees can easily request time off through the app, and managers can approve or deny it. Setting up weekly schedules is easy too, including keeping an eye on overtime as you plan. Great job!

Cons

With some issues the customer support was unhelpful but polite nonetheless.
