Fantastic ATS That Is User-Friendly And Affordable

Pros

As a hiring manager, I value the flexibility to assess and categorize applicants based on our specific requirements. Depending on the position, we can customize our workflows accordingly. Generating new job listings is effortless, and the integration with free job boards proves particularly advantageous for cost-effective pipeline building.

Cons

When I made the switch from LinkedIn Recruiter to JazzHR, it doesn't always function seamlessly. Since we frequently categorize candidates into multiple groups, it would be advantageous to have different rating systems accessible.

They do not have the customer's best interest. Please be careful before signing on with them.

Pros

While it used to effectively post jobs on Indeed, unfortunately, it didn't measure up to other job boards over time. As a result, it no longer remains a viable choice.

Cons

It lacked the ability to offer more value to the customer, and the training provided was not exceptional. The account manager was very cautious and clever with her words. The service underwent changes, but there were no updates concerning the job boards, despite the prices remaining the same.

Glitchy product for job postings with inadequate customer support

Pros

The user interface is delightful, and our interview team appreciates the ability to utilize interview guides while taking notes during candidate conversations.

Cons

Once I have posted job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms, I encounter an issue. I'm unable to update the postings. This is entirely unreasonable and impractical.

Best software for recruiting

Pros

What I truly appreciate about it is how effortless it is to post jobs, manage candidates, and conduct resume searches. Overall, it's an excellent platform.

Cons

I don't have much to say, but overall it's truly impressive and intuitive to use. Even newcomers would find this software highly appreciable.

JazzHR helps keep everything organized and in one place

Pros

This platform is intuitive and facilitates streamlined request and candidate tracking within our team. It seamlessly integrates with our internal and external recruiting tools, alleviating stress for our recruiting staff. Additional features like enhanced candidate management, text messaging capabilities, and automations would be advantageous.

Cons

I wish there was an option to create a standardized evaluation form for all interviewees. It would be beneficial to be able to search job boards for candidates similar to the ones I favored the most during interviews. Additionally, it would be excellent to have the ability to quickly edit emails before sending them to potential employees.

Cheap customer service

Pros

The interface is tidy and straightforward. Moreover, it's more cost-effective compared to other available options.

Cons

I'm dissatisfied with their customer service. I emailed them to cancel my subscription, but they overlooked it, resulting in an extra charge. Although they provided a partial refund after I reached out to them again, I requested a full refund, which they declined. Now I have to contact my credit card company.

JazzHR ATS Review

Pros

JazzHR is fantastic exceptionally user-friendly, simplifying email tracking, note-taking, and sharing with our hiring team. Reaching out to the support team is hassle-free, and customizing email templates and onboarding documents is effortless.

Cons

The reporting tools could use some improvement. As far as I understand, running reports or key performance indicators (KPIs) is not straightforward with the current setup.

Affordable, Reliable and Robust HR solution

Pros

Jazz makes the hiring process unbelievably simple. I can easily gather all the required information and then discuss the applicant with the hiring manager by tagging them in the chat. All this is contained under one roof, which makes it easier for everyone involved. We can get a very clear idea of where the candidate is in the pipeline just by looking at the neatly presented data. It is simple to adjust the templates and workflow as required, and the customer support team is always available to help.

Cons

My only concern with the software is that when we have closed a certain position and are no longer hiring for it, a new applicant may still see the message "Hiring for this position has been put on hold at this time." Theres a definite distinction between putting the hiring process on hold and ending it altogether. We have used various workarounds that get the job done, but it is not ideal to do that every time. This is still a minor issue and doesnt really affect us all that much; it is just something for them to work on.

Great ATS system

Pros

I had been using it for several years in my previous role. It's incredibly intuitive and provides all the necessary features for recruiters. Simply select the subscription that suits your needs.

Cons

In our subscription package, manually adding a new resume to the platform was necessary. Perhaps a higher-priced package includes this feature.

Good option for small to mid sized company

Pros

Implementation is seamless, and it offers customization options for application screening and assessments. The bulk action feature saves us a significant amount of time by enabling efficient filtering, shortlisting, disqualification, and providing feedback to candidates.

Cons

Extracting actionable data from the platform for reporting purposes is extremely challenging. Including interviews in the reporting data requires scheduling all interviews through the platform, which we've encountered difficulties with. The same applies to tracking offers as they need to be sent to candidates through JazzHR to be accurately tracked. When we duplicate and repost jobs to keep them at the top of job boards, it disrupts the reporting data as it counts as separate jobs.

JazzHR

Pros

The tool is remarkably easy to set up and seamlessly integrates with our website, eliminating the need for candidates to log in when applying for a role. This greatly enhances the candidate experience. They were responsive to our suggestions and swiftly implemented new functionalities.

Cons

As a first-time user of an applicant tracking system (ATS) tool, it might take some time to become familiar with it.

Not an automated system, very manual

Pros

It's wonderful that they have the ability to create a careers website for us.

Cons

The customer onboarding process is unsatisfactory. They only provide two calls, and if you require additional support, they strongly encourage opting for the account management option, which is as costly as the entire system itself. The entire system relies on manual processes, from creating job postings to onboarding customers. Candidate onboarding is so manual that it's more convenient to do it the traditional way through email. Numerous limitations exist, necessitating the creation of onboarding documents each time or sending separate emails for each onboarding document.

Simple solution with some umph behind it

Pros

We made the decision to integrate this program with our HCM (GoCo.io) integration. The flawless integration that allows us to import applicants into GoCo was a significant selling point. JazzHR fits perfectly with our company, as our office manager effortlessly schedules interviews for multiple locations and can seamlessly sync candidate interview schedules with managers' Outlook calendars.

Cons

The scheduling feature has a minor peculiarity that took me 15 minutes to fully understand. Apart from that, it's a fantastic solution that fulfills all the requirements for managing applicants.
