UI Can be much userfriendly

Frankly, this product is cumbersome to use.

Cons

The user interface lacks intuitiveness. The workflow feels burdensome, and scheduling interviews is not a smooth process. There is a noticeable absence of adequate customer support.

Pros

We have greatly benefited from JazzHR's tools for disseminating job postings across various platforms. Numerous successful hires have been made through JazzHR.

Cons

Pros

Creating and posting my job was effortless, with the job simultaneously appearing on multiple platforms.

Cons

The candidates who applied through JazzHR did not show any higher likelihood of attending interviews compared to those who applied via Facebook.

Useful integrations with Linkedin and Indeed

Pros

It's very adaptable to your needs and I appreciate having different payment tiers that match where we are in our recruiting process. The way it connects with LinkedIn and Indeed makes posting jobs so much easier.

Cons

Pros

I really appreciate how the entire recruitment workflow can be handled in one place. It integrates perfectly with our HRIS system and makes everything smoother.

Cons

The reporting process can be a bit tricky. Sometimes it takes a while to figure out which report format actually works for your needs. I'd also love to see integration with LinkedIn or Indeed so we could automatically pull data from those platforms instead of doing manual transfers.

Simple backend navigation

Pros

The backend navigation is easy when creating applications, questionnaires and surveys. What candidates see on their end is visually appealing and they can easily understand and work through everything.

Cons

I wish there was a way to assign multiple hiring managers to a single position. It's not a huge deal since switching roles between team members is pretty convenient but it would be nice to have that flexibility built in.

It makes hiring easy from recruiting all the way through to bringing people on board. The ability to easily track candidate interviews, manage assessments and collect feedback from both individuals and teams has been helpful for staying organized throughout the process.

Reliable Candidate Management Solution

Pros

Appreciate how this centralizes all our applicant profiles making it super easy for different teams to work together. Having multiple user seats is great and being able to add candidate notes before and after interviews that everyone can see makes our whole hiring process much more organized and consistent.

Slack integration needed

Pros

The integration with calendar and Zoom works well. Learning curve is pretty minimal thanks to the dashboard cards. My watchlist and open jobs make everything simple.

Cons

Could use reminders a few minutes before interviews and Slack integration would be really helpful. The feedback collection process needs some work too.

The dashboard is very well laid out. The candidate viewing system works well and I appreciate how jobs get organized automatically.

Cons

Running reports can be confusing at first. Took me a while to figure out the process even with someone showing me the ropes. Also, the spam filtering really needs work since it doesn't catch much.

Great solution for recruitment

Pros

I find it quite easy for recruiting employees. After setting up a job posting, it automatically distributes to various job boards which saves me tons of time from manually posting everywhere. Their customer support team has been brilliant whenever I've needed help.

Cons

Syndication and job posting gave me some headaches. It was really frustrating having to spend time fixing these issues though I have to say customer service was very cooperative. They're genuinely friendly people who seem to actually care about helping you solve problems.

Frequent Contract Changes After Signing

Pros

The advertising was solid initially but then they went and modified our contract. They actually changed the terms not just once but three separate times.

Cons

They switched up the contract terms after we'd already signed everything. Pricing gets changed randomly without any heads up. Worst part is they'll just pull money from your checking account without asking first. Even though they broke there own contract, they still expect payment until it expires. Had to actually cancel my debit card to stop them from charging more than what we originally agreed on.

Pros

In my experience, it is a very user-friendly platform. Coming from manually posting on job boards like Indeed, being able to push listings to multiple boards simultaneously and track all applicants through a single dashboard has been a game-changer for my workflow.

Cons

clunky profiles and ineffective free postings

Pros

The interview guides that pop out are really handy for structuring conversations with candidates. Being able to customize these templates has made our hiring process much more consistent and professional.

Cons

The candidate profile pages are really annoying with 5 different tabs just to see all the info. It doesn't feel natural at all. Also those "free" job boards are basically useless since they never bring in any actual applications.
