Cons
Checking between different modules can be confusing and requires too much jumping around.

Pros
The design is so simple that everything is right where you'd expect it. I never have to search for things.
Cons
One thing that really bothers me is how it doesn't integrate with our payroll system at all.

“It changed our HR for good
Pros
I find this platform very easy to use. It's completely transformed our HR operations. The automated features for bringing new hires aboard, tracking employee performance and managing compliance requirements have been game-changers, plus the analytics give us valuable insights.
Cons
The payroll reporting isn't great especially when trying to create custom general ledger reports and there's definately room for improvement there.

Pros
I can quickly locate data I'm looking for in Direct Reports and managing hours is simple.
Cons
During annual reviews I get frustrated because I can't locate features that HR says are available even though I dont need all the functionality anyway.

Pros
It has totally transformed our HR operations. Everything flows smoothly and connects well with other applications we use. It gives us a professional edge while keeping us compliant and fostering better team connections. The support team has been incredible from day one and they're always upbeat, helpful and really know their stuff. I've picked up so much knowledge from working with them.
Cons
The main thing I'd want to see improved is more integration options than what's currently available. I'd love to have things like chatbots or AI features built in to create more of a concierge experience for our HR services. Having those capabilities would be fantastic and would free up more of my time for direct employee support instead of handling routine tasks.

Pros
I love that this is truly a one-stop system for everything HR related. The resource section makes it super easy to access all our policies, handbooks and benefit information in one place. Need professional development? Just click on My Courses and your all set. The daily feed keeps me updated on what's happening plus employee anniversaries and birthdays. This system is absolutely amazng!
Cons
Nothing really bothers me about this system.

Pros
The design is very user-friendly. I never get lost because the menus are logical and everything is right where I expect it to be.
Cons
The biggest frustration is not knowing how long employees will wait to recieve their benefits info like group numbers and member IDs.

“flexible but has some problems

I really appreciate having the flexibility to handle virtually any task I need as an administrator. Our old HRIs/Payroll system barely offered any customization which was frustrating. This platform is generally quite easy to use.
Cons
The workflow builder feels awkward compared to other HRIs systems I've used. Rehiring someone is a nightmare.. you basically lose all their historical data in the process. It's frustrating that hourly employees' PTO doesn't sync with the company calendar like it does for exempt staff. Also reports are stuck with whoever creates them since there's no way to share or publish them for other users to access.

“payroll errors triggered IRs audit

The interface is user friendly and efficient to use.
Cons
Unfortunately, this platform is unreliable when it comes to payroll processing and W-2 filings. My company switched from it mid-tax year but it still reported my income, causing double reporting. I'm now facing an IRs audit because of their error, and it's been uncorrected for over a year. The IRs thinks I haven't paid taxes and that I earned twice my actual income. Accuracy is absolutely critical for payroll and if they can't handle this correctly, they should remove the feature entirely and let professional organizations manage such important HR functions.

“great app, terrible for admins

I am consistently impressed by how interactive and easy-to-use the mobile app is. Key features are accessible within just a tap or two and the design is so user-friendly.
Cons
after using it for two years I found the onboarding process incredibly tedious. Since the HRIs doesn't integrate with payroll, you end up doing tons of manual work and duplicating steps just to get someone fully set up. The interface feels dated and even basic tasks like pulling reports are way more complicated than they should be. Support was often slow to respond and the medical plan options they showed us were pretty terrible with poor pricing.

“Centralized HR platform but too many payroll emails !
Pros
How this platform brings together payroll, benefits and talent management all in one place. Being cloud-based makes everything so much more accessible and convenient for daily work. The Home section is where I spend most of my time and it's well organized with People and Teams right at the top. What I find particularly useful is the feed on the home screen that keeps me updated with HR announcements plus it's nice seeing team member birthdays and work anniversaries highlighted there.
Cons
The payroll management can be overwhelming especially with those automatic emails from the system. They send you a link that needs to be verified quickly and if your a bit late responding, you have to contact the system admin to get a new link sent out.

“good for culture, bad for managers
Pros
Features we use daily have a clean, modren design that makes navigation easy. When properly utilized, the newsfeed becomes an excellent tool for boosting company culture.
Cons
The management side can be tricky to use. Our managers constantly complain about how clunky the review system is and it really needs more flexibility and better functionality. Plus if you have international employees like we do, you're out of luck since the payroll feature only works for Us-based staff.
