I appreciate how it keeps all our employee records well-organized and simple to locate when needed.
Cons
setting up the benefits feed connection with health providers took way too long and ended up not working at all for us.

Pros
Customer support is really helpful and responsive when I need assistance.
Cons
The payroll tax part gets me confused sometimes when I receive papers, I'm never quite sure whether I need to forward them or handle them myself.

“smooth UI but rigid time-off and reporting features
Pros
UI is incredibly simple and smooth , my team can get around without any confusion and everything's just a few clicks away.
Cons
The flexibility could be better especially when it comes to handling time off requests and generating reports and these areas feel pretty rigid compared to what I'd expect.

Pros
Having everything centralized is fantastic. What I really appreciate is how it displays each team member's career progression and promotions, creating a complete timeline of their journey with the company. The time-off request process is incredibly simple and the whole system feels very easy to use.
Cons
The paycheck and statement area is my biggest problem and it feels clunky and fragmented since everything's scattered across different tabs. I'd really appreciate if this section matched the clean UI design used throughout the rest of the platform.

Pros
I love how this platform lets me handle everything in one place whether I'm tracking my hours, managing time off requests or dealing with performance reviews, it covers all my HR needs without having to jump between different systems.
Cons
mobile app seems more designed for HR folks who need to approve things rather than being useful for all employees.

I loved the social feature on the home page. It was fantastic to see our team celebrate birthdays and anniversaries every time they logged in.
Cons
When I used it, Namely was new to the industry and went through some growing pains, including reorganizations and design layout issues. Despite that, I was still happy to use it daily!

Managing paystubs and benefits is easyy with this tool. The dashboard gives you a clear overview of everything and navigation is very smooth throughout the system.

Honestly after using this for a year.. good support is the ONLY thing that's made it bearable.

The technology is absolutely terrible. I dont even know where to begin. Implementation was a complete disaster working with what felt like six different people. I nearly canceled our contract then and looking back, I should have. We eventually got things on track by having one dedicated contact person. But once your actually using it, things don't improve. Generating reports is incredibly difficult. Everything feels disconnected like six separate systems forced together. I guess this explains why there service team is so large and they need extra people to make up for how poor the technology is. Also they're definitely not small business friendly and they wont work with you if you have any reduction in headcount during the year. We're in the mortgage industry and it's been a tough twelve months. I asked for some relief on our monthly bill but was completely ignored. To make matters worse, we just had state tax amendments filed for an employee covering several quarters, and now they're trying to charge us $2,500 for it despite paying extra for Managed Payroll! I could probably write another few paragraphs about my terrible experience but I'll spare you the reading time. Just choose a different provider and we're switching to Rippling which has been amazing.

“easy interface with sync frustrations
Pros
The interface is so easy for both our staff and managers to use. The benefits wizard makes everything simple to figure out. I love that when we change someone's pay, it automatically syncs with payroll so we don't have to worry about mistakes. Their customer support is also fantastic and always gets back to us quickly. Setting up employees in different states is a cinch.
Cons
It doesn't let you insert earnings codes directly, you have to do everything through their specific process. Plus every single message has to be typed out on there platform instead of just being able to call someone quickly to sort things out. The Time TCP feature is pretty weird and doesn't sync properly both ways with our HRIs system.

I can easily locate all my HR documents in one spot. It also lets me submit time-off requests, stay synced with the team calendar and check my payroll and tax info.
Cons

Cons

Cons

“Impressive functionality with a learning curve
Pros
The functionality here is impressive with tons of customization options. I really appreciate the reporting and analytics, they're excellent for tracking HR metrics. Integration with our ATs system works perfectly so our entire candidate cycle gets captured and transferred smoothly when we hire someone.
Cons
Their setup process takes quite a while at first, particularly when you're configuring user permissions for different teams in your organization. There's definitely a learning curve involved though it becomes more manageable once you get familiar with the configuration options and how everything works together.

Pros
Newsfeed section was fantastic and really helped keep our team connected during remote work. I also appreciated being able to impersonate employees to troubleshoot issues that feature was incredibly useful when problems came up.
Cons
The payroll area needs work especially around tax registration stuff. Getting responses from support takes way too long and there's too many hoops to jump through to get help.
