Pros
Really appreciate how easy everything is to use and the support team is genuinely friendly and always ready to help out.
Cons
I find it frustrating having to log into separate accounts for payroll, timesheets and other functions.. would be much easier with single sign-on.

“Great org charts but frustrating time off
Pros
Pretty nice org charts and cool how you can see the breakdown of all the different teams. And as an admin, it's super helpful that I can pull up any employee's profile. It makes it a lot easier to help someone when they run into a problem or make a mistake.
Cons
The time-off entry process for part-time staff is really frustrating. I wish it could automatically sync time-off requests with part-time hour tracking instead of making me handle them separately.

I really appreciate having one central place where everyone can share updates, give recognition and handle all HR-related tasks. No more trying to remember which person to contact for time off requests or payroll questions, everything I need regarding company policies and procedures is right there in one convenient location.
Cons
Can't really think of anything major to complain about, it's been incredibly helpful and does what I need it to do.

I appreciate how easy and web-based this platform is. The workflows really work well for our needs. Managing time off requests has become much simpler and the analytics provide valuable insights. PTO accruals are handled smoothly and the reporting features are comprehensive. Both payroll processing and payroll reporting function exactly as we need them to.

COBRa integration when employees are terminated could be much smoother.

“Incredibly easy with a great community

this platform incredibly easy to use and haven't run into any major roadblocks. When I do get stuck on something, the Help Community is fantastic and there's always someone who's faced the same issue and can point me in the right direction.
Cons
user permissions section isn't very easiest, the wording feels oversimplified and actually makes things more confusing than they need to be. The whole layout there could really use some work.

Pros
Getting this up and running was incredibly smooth, it really works right out of the box and anyone can figure it out without much training. The system delivers exactly what it promises. Integration with our payroll, ERP and financial processes was smooth. We've seen fantastic efficiency improvements across the board. Open enrollment season used to be a nightmare but now employees can easily access all their benefit options while our HR team barely has to lift a finger on the backend. It's been a huge time-saver and eliminated so much frustration for everyone involved.
Cons
Honestly I don't really have any major complaints. If I had to guess at potential issues, I'd wonder whether this could handle the complexity that a large corporation might need, seems more suited for smaller operations. The review process feels a bit awkward too. We just wrapped up our quarterly reviews and it definitely requires some specific setup to get the review workflow the way you want it.

What Ilike is how simple it is to log in and recognize my coworkers for their work. The People section makes searching easy and having the Organization Chart right there is super convenient. After using other HR platforms this one feels much more user-friendly and easy to use.
Cons
setting goals here feels more complicated compared to other platforms I've used before. When we tried to set up our mid-year review process, it wasn't as simple as I expected and took more time than it should have.

Pros
Onboarding new hires online has totally changed how our department works. It's so much smoother now. The built-in insurance brokerage feature has also been a huge win for everyone on my team. And whenever I need help and submit a ticket, I usually get a response back pretty quickly.
Cons
sometimes I skip a step during a process and can't figure out what went wrong but creating a support ticket always resolves the issue.

The homepage is fantastic! as an admin I can effortlessly communicate with staff and engage by liking or commenting on posts, birthdays or new arrivals. The profile section is also really easy to use.
Cons
bulk upload feature is missing which means I have to add resources individually to each employee profile. With over 200 staff members, this becomes a really time-consuming process that could be much more efficient.

“game changer for remote work

Having everything centralized has been a game-changer for me. Working remotely as an individual contributor, I'm constantly needing info about benefits, pay and other HR stuff. This eliminates the whole runaround of hunting down the right person on sLA ck, waiting for responses, only to find out they can't help and I need someone else. Now I just log in, find what I need and get back to work without any delays.
Cons
The mobile version could use some work. While requesting time off is simple enough with just a few taps, anything more detailed requires switching to desktop. Not a dealbreaker but definitely room for improvement there.

I can find what I need without any trouble. The dashboards keep things simple which I appreciate when I'm checking my pay or looking up employee birthdays regularly. Compared to other platforms I've used, this one feels much more interactive and user-friendly.
