“easy login and smooth to use
Pros
The single sign-on feature makes logging in very easy and I really appreciate how smooth the interface is to use.
Cons

“Great tool but exporting needs work
Pros
The integration here is fantastic, everything I need about our team members is in one place which is huge since employees really are our most valuable asset. It's easy to use and I can find what I'm looking for without getting lost in complicated menus.
Cons
Converting data to Excel can be buggy at times and I wish there were more filtering options to get a deeper view of employee information.

Pros
I like having everything in one place , clocking in, submitting time-off requests, accessing tax docs and even tracking colleagues' birthdays.
Cons
I dont really have many complaints. Sometimes during tax season I struggle to find my W-2 but thATs more about how the site is organized rather than it not working properly.

The incredibly thorough documentation and step-by-step guidance made our onboarding process smooth. Their team of professionals really held our hand throughout the entire journey, providing useful resources and templates that made everything so much easier.
Cons
Can't really think of any downsides. It delivers exactly what was promised to us and honestly even more than expected. The onboarding team put in serious effort helping us configure everything for a smooth, timely launch.

“clean interface and excellent features
Pros
The interface is excellent and I really appreciate the social features on the home page that keep employees engaged. The reporting capabilities are far more powerful than previous HRIs systems I've worked with. Implementation was surprisingly smooth and easy. Navigation as an admin is interactive and explaining features to our team has been effortless. Support has been very responsive whenever I've needed assistance post-implementation.
Cons
Don't really have any major complaints about this platform. The toughest challenge was getting everything set up initially and there's just so much data to input and organize which can feel pretty tedious. We did run into some confusion trying to decide between Namely time and Timesheets features. Ended up testing both options before sticking with our original choice. The trial period was helpful but better upfront guidance could have saved us from that extra back-and-forth.

Pros
Namely covers everything from bringing new hires on board to managing their exit process. It's engaging and keeps the team connected while handling all the day-to-day HR needs effectively.
Cons
I honestly can't think of anything I really dislike about it. Would be neat to see some recruiting tools added down the road and maybe an open API that works with verification services like Verified First.

I really appreciate how easy this is for both HR staff and employees to navigate. There's a good balance of functionality without feeling overwhelming or cluttered.
Cons
The off-boarding process feels a bit redundant and I'd appreciate more streamlined insights into benefits. Though I realize we'd probably have this if we actually used the payroll feature.

Pros
Our account managers are absolutely incredible, they're so knowledgeable, supportive and always available when we need them. The team genuinely cares and has guided us through numerous successful initiatives. I'm also impressed with how user-friendly the platform is, especially when it comes to pulling reports and accessing data. The analytics dashboard is particularly outstanding.
Cons

Having all my employee information organized in one place is fantastic and the most important data stays right at my fingertips. The insights I get help me understand where we can make improvements and adjustments that really work for my team's needs.
Cons
I occasionally run into issues when trying to export data and it doesn't always come out clean and sometimes gets corrupted. The interface could also use some work, maybe adding new features to make the user experience smoother and more easy.

“all in one time clock solution
Pros
Love how smoothly the time clock works. It's super easy for me and my team to clock in and out, check our hours and fix any little mistakes if we need to. It's also great that our supervisors can jump in and adjust our timecards for those weird, one-off situations that's been a lifesaver.The best part is having everything in one place. I can request a vacation day or report a sick day right from my own timecard, it's so convenient and simple. And for all the big HR stuff like my W-2, tax forms, direct deposit and benefits... it's all just right there whenever I need it. No more digging through different websites or folders; everything is in one spot.
Cons
Routine maintenance sometimes blocks access completely though I get that it's needed to keep everything current. The time editing can be frustrating since you can only work in blocks rather than adjusting minute by minute but there are workarounds that help with this limitation.

Performance review system offers tons of customization options and the layout adapts perfectly for global operations with multiple office locations. File feeds integrate smoothly with major vendors, plus there are solid compliance resources available.
Cons
Case system has rigid rules about what counts as urgent and sometimes my priorities dont align with their definition and I end up getting bumped down to the non-urgent queue even when something feels critical to me.

“The worst payroll system
Pros
Communication between company users works okay-ish.
Cons
The HR and payroll functionality is absolutely terrible, honestly the worst payroll system I've ever dealt with. You can't add custom earnings codes, can't modify any configurations yourself and importing data is impossible unless Namely sets it up for you first. There's no override capabilities whATsoever and you're stuck processing payroll at least 4 days before the deposit date unless your willing to pay extra for wire transfers to speed things up.

Pros
I love how this brings everything HR-related right to my fingertips, timesheets, benefit reviews, company info, training sessions! What really stands out though is the community wall where we celebrate birthdays, promotions and those big yearly wins.
Cons
The mobile app takes some getting used to especially when your trying to log weekly hours. Thankfully support responds quickly and gets you sorted out!

Works flawlessly for daily employee administration. Easy to use and the integrations with comp and payroll systems are solid. I rely on this tool every day and it consistently delivers what I need without any issue.
Cons
