Using it feels very easy and the screen flow within each module makes a lot of sense.

Frustrating part is having to jump between modules. I'd rather be able to create a requisition and a job posting in a single step instead of switching screens and re-entering the same information.

A few odd rules and restrictions can get in the way and make certain tasks harder than they should be, such as trying to change an interview schedule after someone has already booked it.

I do wish it offered more flexibility especially around evaluation programs and the custom course design options in Learn.

A big plus has been our sales rep, who has been fantastic throughout the process. The Learn module has also been very useful and overall it's been a really beneficial product.

More challenging part is having to set up all the modules, along with the report builder and parts of the implementation.

It was a challenge to start working with this tool. The Perform feature implementation felt a bit overwhelming at first although it's becoming more manageable with continued use. I do believe it will make a meaningful difference for the organization.

Nothing to complain about yet. I just learned about Vetted at this conference and it seems like it will be really helpful for our background check process. I'm looking forward to seeing if we can get it purchased for our agency.

It gives great insight into the hiring process, from posting jobs and planning exams to setting up interviews and screening applications.

Cons

Onboarding has been the toughest part for me. I'm still getting used to the platform so that's why it's my least favorite area right now. I've especially been having trouble with adding forms and getting everything live.
