One thing that really works well is how the modules are centralized and connected so they communicate with each other instead of feeling separate.

Reporting and analytics module feels very limited in terms of available resources. The system also needs a way to generate a category catalog when you want specific variables included in a report.

Keeping an eye on applicants in Insight has been simple and convenient. OHC has also been very helpful for our hiring departments throughout the recruitment process.
