I am not a buyer but I really like how easy NeoGov is to use.

No complaints here. I like the ease of use and its easy to find solutions when issues arise.

I like the reports you can run but using the information and understanding processes can be challenging.

It can be difficult to get ahold of someone for assistance when I have questions.

We use Insight and Onboard daily, which are very helpful for our recruitment process. From creating requisitions to promoting pre-hires to employees, it is great to do everything on one platform.

It would be helpful to add more position control numbers to an existing exam plan, instead of having to create a new requisition and attach it to the desired exam plan.

I find applicant tracking, reporting and analytics to be very effective.

The good thing about NeoGov is that how user-friendly the systems are as it takes a lot of work off my plate.

So far, I have not faced any sort of trouble. The only thing is that PowerDMS uses a different link.

I mainly work with the Learn platform and assigning and tracking trainings is fairly easy to manage.

PowerDMS is not integrated for our policy management. More customization would be helpful, as the system does not always work as we did like and sometimes has glitches.
