Cons

Pros
I love the ease of use and the constant updates that prevent it from becoming outdated. NeoGovs receptiveness to suggestions and their commitment to improvements are part of their culture which is excellent for a company serving those who serve others.
Cons
I think all features could be improved or tailored to specific agencies. I know NeoGov is working on dynamic responses and I cannot wait for that. It might be a game changer for applications that currently seem overwhelming.

The user experience is great on all fronts. Also it is easy to use, customer service is available when needed and the interface is user friendly across products.
Cons
Recently, its been harder to reach the customer service team. The transition to Analytics and removing legacy reporting from Insight has been tough, especially since we will need to replicate many reports.

Pros
Overall, the product is easy to use and I cannot imagine doing my job without it. However, some functions could be improved. Also, certain updates make it harder to use rather than easier so proper training and notification would be helpful.
Cons
Overall, I have very few complaints. One minor issue is that I did like to be able to print applications in the eligible step.
