Automation features really organize everything and I appreciate how clean the interface is. It feels like a forward-thinking solution that anticipates what dealerships actually need.
Cons
The interface relies heavily on mouse clicks which gets tiring when you're constantly browsing around. Also frustrating that we can't access all the platform features because of our budget limitations..... feels like we're missing out on functionality that could really help.

Found it very convenient and much easier to learn than other platforms I've tried. It completely outperforms Salesforce in usability.
Cons
Occasionally I get kicked out without warning which is really frustrating when I'm in the middle of entering a bunch of data.
