Everything was very well organized and having food and snacks provided was a really nice touch.

Classes filled up incredibly quickly. My team and I waited too long so we unfortunately missed the chance to sign up for the ones we wanted.

It was very informative and educational and I hadn't realized you offered products that work together so well.

A few of the sessions felt a bit too long. I would have preferred them to be kept to an hour or less.

Built with the public sector in mind which is a big plus. It's also nice to see new modules continuing to be added over time.

It can be buggy now and then and at times the interface doesn't feel very user-friendly or simple.

The platform is accessible and posting jobs or applying to them is very easy.

The implementation side has been difficult. Building the environment while trying to learn how everything works at the same time is extremely challenging.

Keeping up with applicants and each step in the process has been much more manageable with this tool and it's easy to use while also helping support hiring managers better.

It can be a bit glitchy at times and OHC feels less user-friendly compared with Insight.

The programs are easy to use and make training employees much simpler. They're also regularly being improved which is something I really appreciate.

Reaching support can be a bit challenging at times and the account managers seem to rotate pretty often.

Only downside is that rejections aren't very visible unless I open the req directly.

There's still some confusion and overlap between the products especially when it comes to knowing the best way to use each platform on its own and how they should work together.

A downside is that some of the data can be inconsistent sometimes because of user error and there also isn't enough training material for things like calculated fields and aggregated data.

With this tool the classes events and overall atmosphere were all really enjoyable and made the experience feel lively and welcoming.

Not a con but need some improvements like hotel itself could use some work both inside and outside and it was disappointing that there was no water or coffee available.

Training schedule was very accommodating which made it convenient to attend. The instructors running the sessions were extremely knowledgeable and delivered the material really well.

Cons

Many of the sessions were focused on public safety and that is not really clear until you actually arrive.
