“highly customizable for our needs”

Pros

The transition was really smooth. What impressed me most was how much they could customize everything to fit our specific needs. Having all the tools and information right there when I need them makes my job so much easier. The reporting features are great too.

Cons

sometimes their filing gets messed up for state stuff and we end up paying extra fees. They do cover the penalties though and fix things pretty fast when issues come up.

“Wonder when it'll come to Canada”

Pros

I like how this system brings together time tracking, onboarding new team members and employee management into one centralized platform. The multi-state employee support has been particularly helpful for our operations.

Cons

Not helpful or usable in Canada, which is really disappointing. We've been asking for this for years and keep getting told "it's coming" but after four years of waiting, I still haven't seen any progress on Canadian support.

“Approachable staff”

Pros

I can access everything I need from anywhere which is so convenient. Finding answers to my questions is not hard and the information is always clear and easy to understand. The pricing is genuinely fair for what you get. The support team has been very approachable and great to work with.

“Top-notch support”

Pros

Really appreciate my Account Representative. Whenever I have questions or need help figuring out the system, they're always there to assist. Having worked with several payroll companies before, I can honestly say Paychex has the most helpful representatives I've encountered.

Cons

The main issue I have is that there are way too many subfolders and theres no proper search function to quickly locate what you need. It would be helpful if they sent out surveys asking users how to make navigation simpler.

I find it really simple to understand and appreciate the comprehensive reporting options. The step-by-step guides are particularly helpful when I need to figure something out.

Cons

I'm not really a fan of the sales reps who keep reaching out about products and services. I'd prefer to contact them when I actually need something rather than feeling pressured into scheduling meetings.

Everything is easily accessible. When I get stuck on something, a quick email to my rep gets me the help I need right away. My representative has been so good, always helpful and responds super fast to any questions.

Cons

Haven't encountered any real problems so far. Just wish I could dedicate more time to exploring all the different features and sections available.

For me the ease of use stands out. When I log in, I immediately know where everything is and can find what I need without hunting around. The help resources are actually useful too and provide good insights when I'm stuck on something.

I can't really think of any major downsides. My only wish is that more of my team would actually use this service to its full potential.

Transferring training files from our old provider was a little hard sometimes. The data syncing between our previous system and this one definitely needs work.

Interface is really simple and doesn't require much training to get comfortable with. What I like is how easily it connects with various insurance providers, saves tons of time on paperwork and claim processing.

Customer service has been a nightmare with constant delays that interrupt my work. The support team also lacks basic tax knowledge which is pretty concerning.

The system itself is user-friendly and works well, though our implementation got botched by the sales team who messed up our data setup. We constantly deal with limited support options and frustrating delays when trying to get issues resolved.

The sales team and implementation crew kept screwing up our data, entering wrong information left and right. Plus, our salesperson basically misled us and we didn't get half the stuff we were promised during the sales process.

Getting everything from one provider was very convenient. They handled our 401k, workers comp and payroll all in one place which was a lifesaver for our startup since we didnt have to juggle multiple vendors.

Cons

Main drawback I've noticed is that it doesn't scale well with business growth. As our company expanded, our requirements evolved but the platform struggled to keep up with those changing demands.
